Birds chirped outside my window and the sun poured in so my room was flooded with its light. I pushed my covers back and got up from bed. My bare feet padded against my wooden floors as I crossed the room to the bathroom. I showered aimlessly since all today was was another photoshoot. Dragging my over sized white T-shirt over my head I let it fall to the floor as I stepped into the shower. I washed the nonexistent grime from my body, face, and hair.

When I was done I took a makeup remover pad to my already clean face. Looking my skin over I was proud to say it was baby smooth and without blemish. Walking out of the bathroom I dropped my towel to air dry. Today was the first day of winter break and I didn't have a care in the world. I'm single as a pringle and ready to mingle.

I checked my phone for any notifications. Instagram was usually an ongoing flow of notifications but I hadn't uploaded anything yet. Brushing out my waves I applied some Moroccan Argan oil. My hair had grown more since I started using it. It was now more than halfway down my back and I was going to keep it at this length.

Walking to my closet I grabbed a plain dark blue vest top with ALMOST FAMOUS printed in black across the front. I paired that with a pair of white and black striped skinny jeans. Stepping into a pair of gold super high top Supras I finished the look with all gold jewelry. I had gotten into the habit of wearing at least one full finger ring at all times so I put on a cute butterfly path gold wire one and then a bunch of random other mini rings.

My nails were white with either a gold bow or a black design. I did my makeup lightly as always; a smooth, even layer of powder foundation over primer for protection, mascara and a ring of pencil eyeliner on my waterline and pale rose matte lip gloss. I threw on a black leather jacket and took a couple pictures.

I uploaded two to Instagram - one of just my face and the other a full body. I had to use my tripod for the full body but I was so used to taking photos of myself by now it only took a couple shots to find the right one. Instagram automatically blew up. I tweeted my usual Good morning and watched as Twitter followed suit of Instagram.

My tripod was always up and my camera was already on so I connected it to my laptop and fired up YouTube. I do regular videos now for my vlog and I'm doing fairly well.

I hit record and got to work. This is what I do now. I'm constantly on social media if I'm not working or at school. "Hey, guys! Today is the first day of winter break and I'm still awake and ready at eight in the morning", I laughed as though it was so ironic. "Today I have a special guest coming and they should be here any moment", I waited a bit and then heard my front door unlock, open and close. The footsteps got closer and I turned awaited my special guest.

"Why are you staring at me like that?", Euriah laughed.

Ry looked like a completely different person. His old messy brown curls had been replaced with a stylish new cut. The sides were cut so short it was like a dark layer or fuzz and the middle in the front was trimmed but he probably had just out some gel in his hands and teased it to the right because some strays fell over onto his face. He had also bulked up - you could see the muscles and abs through the black tank top he had on - and acquired some new friends. On both arms Ry had a sleeve of tattoos. The guy I'd called my best friend for seven years was hot. He had really grown up in such a short time.

My smile broadened and I pounced. It had been six months since I'd seen my best friend and I had missed him like crazy. Of course my viewers wouldn't see he caught me, they would only here the thud of his back hit the wall. Dramatic effect.

"I missed you", I laughed as we composed ourselves and sat on the edge of my bed.

Ry, being himself, had to play it off like a macho man. "Yeah. I know", he smirked and pulled me to him by my shoulders. Then he noticed the camera. "Oh, shit! Are you recording?", he pointed to my camera that obviously hat the red dot on.
