At the time, the image is still fresh in my mind.
I screamed on top of my lungs, and this time, my voice is back.
I blink a few times before a figure I longed for rushes to me.
"Jin-ie..."
I bawled, with tears that I didn't realized had fallen.
"I'm right here. It's me, it's just me here..."
He soothes me, rocking my body back and forth slowly.
He hushed me and draw circles on my back, while constantly whispering some words to calm me down.
"It was so scary..."
I managed to say, fumbling in my words. I made sure that I'm not in that dream anymore.
"You're finally back, and you had a nightmare. They must've treated you badly"
He complained, concern and anger laced his words, as I stare at him for explanation.
He sighed and shut his eyes.
"I don't know when, but at some point I realize you we're already gone. They must've taken you when I'm not looking"
He hugged me protectively, and I could notice his whole body shaking.
I understand his feelings, as I would feel the same if he were taken from me.
"Why did they take me? What did they do to me?"
My voice are now croaked, and I'm pretty sure jin does too.
"I don't know, but I'm sure they won't be doing that anytime soon"
In instinct, we hugged more.
Like anything could pull us apart if we let go.
I'm pretty sure that any hug couldn't be as comfortable as this.
