Perfect Nightmare

Chapter five

Evelynn's POV:

I was driving home when a deer came running in front of my car.

I swerved to the side to avoid it and I lost control.

I started screaming.

I crashed I to a tree and I immediately got out.

I called 911 and told them what just happened.

My head was bleeding and I was dizzy and my leg hurt pretty bad.

I called Hayes.

"Hayes." I mumbled as he picked up.

"Babe are you ok?"

"I just got into a car accident."

"Holy shit, where are you?"

"I'm by Carter's house."

"Where the hell does Carter live."

"Oak street." I mumble.

"I'll be there soon." He said.

I heard sirens and I called Carter.

"Hello?"

"Carter come here." I mumble. I think I'm gonna pass out.

I see Zack's car speeding towards me.

"Are you on my street still?"

"Ye- yes." I stutter.

He hung up.

I see Hayes run out of the car and towards me.

"Evelynn oh my god. Are you hurt." He looks me up and down.

"Your head is bleeding oh god."

I see the ambulance and I signal it.

It stops and I see them bring out a gurney thing.

I see Carter's moms car.

He gets out and runs over to me as well.

"Carter." I slightly smile.

He helps them pick me up and put me on the gurney.

Hayes rides in the ambulance and I see Carter and his mom get in the car and follow it.

*at the hospital.*

I passed out for about 10 minutes.

They told me I had no fractures which is good but my head needed stitches.

They gave me crutches for my badly sprained foot.

Carter was the first one in to see me.

"You look horrible." He says.

I laugh.

"Wow thanks Carter."

"Not in a bad way I mean you just got into a car accident." He rushes his words.

"I told you to be careful."

"I didn't want to hit a deer." I said.

He laughed.

"Next visitor is ready." The nurse said.

Carter kissed my hand and walked out.

Hayes walked in and he looked like he was crying.

"Aw Hayes." I said.

He sniffled.

I told him to lay on the bed with me.

He did and I put my head on his chest.

"You still look beautiful." He smiled.

I kissed him.

Sparks shot through my body.

We both pulled away and I smiled at him.

We sat together for a while as I played with his hair.

I guess we both fell asleep because a nurse had to wake us up.

"Time for visitors to leave." She whispered.

"wait I have to stay here? Like over night?"

"We just want to keep and eye on you, you will be Able to leave tomorrow." She smiled.

"Can he stay?" I asked.

"Yeah can I stay?"

"Her parents might want to stay."

Ouch.

"Um, I kinda don't have parents."

The nurse's face flushed.

"Im so sorry. If you don't then you can have him stay."

"Yay!" I said.

He got back in bed with me and we we laid the same way we were, with my head on his chest and his arm wrapped around me.
