Great Catch

Lisa and I had an eventful morning to say at the very least. I'm not at all sweet or an affectionate person. This is probably the first time I've felt like I couldn't get enough of someone. I never knew I had this in me and with every touch, my knees go weak. I couldn't resist her. When it comes to Lisa, it's just whipped culture.

I felt like a teenager crushing hard, wanting to squeal internally every time her crush does things that's surely make her jump in joy. Simple gestures that I've liked and will never be used to, all because it's her. I don't think I'll ever be used to this feeling. It felt new every time and It's sort of not new anymore.

I finally get why some couples look like they're about to suck faces all the fucking time. Because that's exactly what I want to do every time I'm with her. It's like a drug that keeps you going. It's something that you crave and look for. Your body trembles with every touch, you love the feeling and then you become addicted to it. It's both exciting and dangerous. Very dangerous. But I also thought maybe she's a good kind of drug. The one that'd make you feel better for a very long time.

Although, to be honest, I still don't know a whole lot about the person I am now dating. It's not that I'm eager to find out everything about her all at once. But it's just that, she never really took interest into telling me things about her family, how she grew up and all that typical stuff you're supposed to know when you're dating someone.

It should be like that right? I mean, the person you're most intimate with should know those things about you and probably more. I'm not quite sure if it's a touchy subject, or if it's something she's not comfortable talking about but still, my curious mind couldn't help but ask.

"How come you never told me anything about your parents? A part from being well-off, what else is there?" I asked and she looked at me. "Because it's not an interesting subject. There's not much to tell." She answered. "C'mon. That's not fun. You know you can tell me anything right?" I said and nudged her shoulders.

"I know. It's just that, it isn't really quite exciting you know. There's nothing much to tell other than I grew up with my parents having to fly to different places every time due to business." She said. "I see. What are they like?" I asked and she sighed. "You really aren't going to let this go huh." She said and I smiled. "Not quite." I said. "Don't tell me anything you aren't comfortable telling yet. I'm sort of patient." I said.

"Kim, that's the last thing that you are. Patient my ass." She said and chuckled. "Hey! I can be patient. I was goddamn patient with you." I said and poked my tongue out at her. "Keep doing that and I might just kiss you and you'll never hear my story." She said and I raised both hands up. "Fine." I replied and laid my head on her lap.

She brushed my hair and and then traced my lips with her fingers. It felt relaxing to a point where I almost felt like sleeping. "Ya, Manoban, don't make me sleep." I said and she chuckled. "You're just to pretty, I couldn't help but admire you." She said and it melt my heart all over again.

"You sure you haven't dated a whole lot? You say these things like you're already used to saying it." I asked. "Only with you." She said and leaned down to kiss my nose. "Cute." She said and then sighed again.

"My parents aren't really evil, unlike what you've seen in the movies. They're just really busy people. I'm an only child. My parents, especially my dad always had high expectations from me. He's not a bad person, but he just couldn't help but speak his mind sometimes when it comes to my activities. Especially in the uni.

Remember, when I failed, you see, students don't normally get an exam re-take but since my parents are the biggest shareholders of this uni, That was taken into consideration. My parents get reports you know. Weather I'm doing good or not, and me failing was a no-no. Not only to me but to Mr Lee.
