16. What now?

"Strong people stand up for themself, stronger people stand up for others"

After a couple of hours, the sun shine on them. Sara and the others were still shocked after what happen. Again just as Sara thought they was safe, they were not. And yet they were so close. She looked around, they were only few left, WICKED had killed most of them and they had not just taking Minho, but also Aris and Sonya. All because of the traitor Teresa.

"What do we do now?" Mike asked "We collect those of us who are left. We stick to the plan. We'll get you to The Safe Heaven, and then we start all over" Vince said "I am not going" Thomas and the others looked at Thomas "What" Vince said.

Thomas got up and stood in front of his friends "I promised Minho something, that I would not let him down. I must go after him" he said and Sara looked at him "Hello, look around. Okay? WICKED has just smashed us. Think about where you're heading" Vince said "I am not asking anyone to came with me" Thomas said and Newt looked at Thomas "Thomas, listen to me. I've known Minho ... As long as I can remember. If there was one way, we could help him, believe me I would be standing there next to you. But what you're talking about is impossible" Newt said and Sara looked at him "Everything seem impossible, until is done" she said.

"It is like suicide" Jorge said "Maybe, but I know what I'm supposed to do now" Thomas said before he looked at his friends "It's not just about Minho. It's about us all. It's about everyone WICKED's ever taken. Everyone they will take. They'll never stop, so I'm gonna stop them. I am going to kill Ava Paige" Thomas said and they all looked at him while Mike walked over and stood next to Newt.

Sara smiled "I like that, I am in" she said.

"No, I want you to go to the Safe haven, where you can be safe" Newt said and Sara looked at him "No, we fight together, where you go, I followed, and we promise each other forever and always and therefore I will go with you to save Minho. I will never leave a friend behind. And beside I owe Minho it, he had always been there for me, what kind of friend will I been, if I am not there for him now" Sara said.

Sara walked up next to Thomas "I will help you" she said and Thomas looked at her "Are you sure about this?" Thomas asked and Sara nodded "I was born for this Tom, I am sure and beside you will need my help" Sara said and Newt looked at her "Sara, it is too dangerous" he said. "Ever since I was five, danger has been around every corner. I have faced death so many times, I sometime believe it is my friend" Sara said before she looked at the others.

"Someone has to do something, if we don't do something is as the same as giving up" Sara said and looked around as she continued. "Anyone can give up it is the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone expects you to fall apart, now that is true strength. Ava don't expect us to fight, and that would give us a great opportunity and a better chance to surprise them and to win the fight, giving up is the same as being defeated, and if we just give up, WICKED wins and I can't let that happen, and beside blood must have blood" Sara said, Newt looked at her and smiled.

Harriet walked over and stood next to Vince "I have to admit...I would like to get some revenge" she said and Vince looked at Sara "Mary was right about you Sara, you are just like your mother" he said and Sara smile. 

Vince looked at Thomas "It was a good speak, kid. What's your plan then?" Vince asked. Sara, Mike, Newt and the others looked at Thomas.

Sara and her friends was now going to save Minho and destroy WICKED forever, they will do whatever it take and they will not give up until it's done, no matter the cost. 

"Hope is the only thing stronger than fear"
