Chapter 3

"What?" I blink, she wants me to do a dance? I didn't think the solo was amazing or anything, but clearly miss Pin saw something worth this conversation for.

"Meet me, 9:00-11:00" She says as she leaves.

I jam my keys into my car and when I'm just about to drive a hand hits my window. I jolt. How many times do people feel the need to make me jump?

I scroll my window down, only to meet Lola's beautiful face beaming at me.
"Yes?" I question, looking at her with pure confusion.
"Me,Tyler, Norma, Jason, Aiden and Noah are going to the diner, and you are coming."
Well, it wasn't a question so I didn't have a choice so I shrugged. I unlock my car and follow her and Norma into her car.

"Hey." I say to Norma, who is casually just checking her Instagram.
"Hey Ky."
Norma hardly acknowledges me, not even taking her eyes off of her phone.

Lola gets in her car and starts to drive.
"What are you doing?" I peer over Norma's shoulder and see she is looking at Jason's Instagram comments. Honestly, that's kinda
cute.

"nothing"

We arrive at the Diner within minutes and I see someone I actually haven't met yet but oh my Jesus lord this guy is probably the hottest person I have seen in my life.

His hair is brown and curly and his green eyes are the brightest I have ever seen, every time he flashes his pearly white teeth I can tell he instantly gets all the girls' attention.

I sit with the rest of the group and they introduce me.
"Aiden, Noah this is Kyla." Tyler introduces.
"Hey." I say to them trying not to stare at Aiden too much, but it's just so hard I want to stare at him and paint him.

But Noah is also very good looking. He has a strong and masculine jawline that collides- in a nice way- with his soft and comforting eyes. And BOY let me mention, those eyelashes, damn.

"Hey." They both reply.

Our conversations lead on the evening whilst we talked about whether captain America or Iron man was better. I'm on team Iron Man, although Spider-Man is obviously the best superhero ever.

I come home around 6 which is very good since my parents get mad if I stay up too late around 10 when I'm with my friends.
"Honey sit down." My mum sternly looks at me. This is one of the only times I see my mother look serious but I'm sure I don't want to see it again.

My heart starts to beat faster, my chest slightly closing up as they sit down on the table in front of me. My dad finally speaks, breaking the suspension.
"What would you like for dinner?" they start to laugh.
"What?" I ask. Confused as to why they would ask me that.
"What do you want for dinner hun." My mother repeats.
"I don't mind." I run up the stairs, frustrated.

My phone rings on my bed as I get up to answer it. It's Tyler.
"Hey Tyler, what's up?" I ask him.
"I-um" he stutters "Was wondering if you would like to..hang out?"
My heart flutters with excitement, play it cool, play it cool. I place a smile on my lips.
"Sure. When?"
"Tomorrow lunch." I can hear his smile through his talking and it's very calming, almost like an asmr video.

I turn on my Netflix and watch a whole season of Rupauls drag race. My eyes slowly closing until I'm in a deep sleep.

I wake up the next morning realising my 10 minute  nap turned into a 10 hour sleep. I groan and get up and out of bed. I brush out the tangles in my hair then run through my hair with my fingers. I do a half up and half down hairstyle but but the hair that is up into two space buns on the side of my head. It looks nice but slightly odd since my hair is short.

I put on my favourite top, which is a fila white, red and blue top and open my front door only to find the one and only Tyler waiting there

"Hey, What are you doing here?" I ask him since it's only 8am.

"I'm taking you to school."

Sorry for changing the characters so much, I just found the perfect roles for each.
This is probs my favourite chapter so far.
