letter : sixteen

Dear Anonymous,
You're just going to give up? Finally! It's been a nightmare writing these letters, everyday I would dread the time I'll have to read your stupid cliché lines and have to write a response. I'm so glad that you finally understand that I don't want you. Thank God.

But seriously? You want me to pour my heart to you while you're holding me? You want to be my safe space? Are you insane? You want to kiss me? Get in line, buddy. You're in love with me? Please, I've heard that way too many times to believe it anymore. Just get over yourself and find a hopeless romantic who'll share the same stupid ideas like you.

And you want to be the good thing in my life? You're the bad part of my life. But now that you're going to stop writing these letters, it's like my life has returned to normal. I feel like a big rock got lifted from my shoulder.

Kelly

"You're one of the good things in my life, I just wish you knew it," she whispered, a tear falling down her cheek.

Ohh what was that ending? What do you think that's all about? Why does Kelly say what she says?

We're coming to the last stretch of the book, and should be finished in the next month!

See you next chapter,
Sage
