Chapter 5

"Thanks." You mumbled as Dae passed you a plate. You gripped your empty plate and watched the other camp leaders cook up something for everyone to eat.

People were gathering up and sitting on the logs. Mi Cha was siting beside you and was playing with her bracelet.

"Are you enjoying everything so far?" Mi cha asked. You shrugged,"I don't know. Are you?"

Mi cha sighed and flicked your head, "Lighten up will you? It's summer! The skies nice, the grass is green, the butterflies are.." whatever Mi Cha said next was not heard because you had tuned out.

You rested your chin on your hands and sighed.

"Hye su,hi." You looked up and saw KyungMi waving at you. Oh roommate

"Can i sit here?" She asked pointing at the empty spot beside you. You shrugged,"Go ahead and please,call me Hy" you chuckled.

KyungMi mumbled a sorry before taking a seat next to you,"I'm so glad it's cooler now."

"Tell me about it!" Mi cha chimed, "it was so hot today i thought i was going to die." Her head poked out from behind your body.

Kyungmi laughed, "Right? I'm so glad you guys are here. I know nobody here."

Mi cha nodded, "perks of going to camp though, you get to meet new people."

You kicked your feet before getting up,"why don't you sit beside her." You said with a forced smile. Mi cha and kyungmi were oblivious to the slight edge in your tone.

"Thanks." Kyungmi said before scooting to Mi cha and continuing their conversation. You swallowed, "no prob." You felt your heart deflate a little.

Mi cha was nice and friendly to everyone and you weren't. You're short tempered, and very sensitive. There's two sides of hy, at times you can be very kind and happy, but at other times, you get pissed off easily.

How you and Mi cha became friends was almost a miracle.

But you cared, deeply.

You were sleeping peacefully until you heard Dae screaming his head off and loud banging on the door.

"EVERYBODY WAKE UP! TIME TO WAKE UP FOLKS!"

Your eyes were shot open and you could feel anger to take over you.

"GET UP RIGHT NOW!" Dae shouted again. You sat up too quickly and your vision was blurred with black spots.

You heard Kyungmi groan beside you,"What time is it..?" You had completely forgotten that you were rooming with Kyungmi. Infact, you completely forget that you were at camp.

When your vision was back to normal, you looked at the clock hanging infront of you and felt tears threatening to fall out. It was only 8.45 am.

"Come one white team! You have 10 minutes or there'll be consequences!" Dae shouted one last time.

Instead of answering , you pulled the covers back up and closed your eyes. It was too early for this. KyungMi opened her eyes and found you fast asleep. You yawned and closed your eyes again,"5 more minutes.." You whispered.

You tripped on a rock but quickly regained your balance, however the heavy backpack you were carrying flew over your heard making you fall. A few snickers were heard.

"Need help?" V laughed offering you a hand.

"No thanks, I'm fine." You smiled and got up yourself.
