Markus had me running around for hours because he forgot where he left his files.I finally found them and scolded him for being so careless with such important information.
"I swear Markus,you get yelled at more than Conan does and that's saying something."Jasdevi said walking into the office with Hank and Helen.

"Dammit Hank!No smoking in the mayor's office!"I yelled opening the closet window and started fanning.
"Sorry Y/n,I tried to stop Hank but doesn't listen to me."

"At least you tried Helen."I said taking the cigarette from Hank and throwing it out the window into the pond below.Helen grabs the air freshener and starts spraying.
"That was my last one..."

"Good!Now,what brings you lot here?"

"Ah!You'll have to come with us to see and you too Markus."I looked at Markus and he shrugged while standing from his desk.
"Fine but it better no be another fucking Gnome prank or I'm killing you."

"Hahaha!Now that was funny."Hank said with a large smile and Helen tried to hide his but failed horrible.

We arrived at the police station and Conan was sitting at his old desk with his back facing us.I heard him talking in a low voice and looking down at something in his lap.

"Oh!Hey Y/n!"He said turning around and in his lap was a little girl that looked similar to him.

"This is Ilya...She's my daughter.Turns out my Ex gave birth her but didn't keep her,she lied about everything.Ilya's grandmother found me so I could finally met her."Conan said with a caring smile on his face.
"How old are you?"

"I'm four years old!Can you pick me up,Please!?"Ilya asked reaching up to me and hell who could say no?I smiled and picked the little one up and she giggles happily.
"Well aren't you the cutest!Did you met Connor?"

"Yup!He's kinda boring though."

"Pft-"I think everyone had to stifle their laughter when Connor walked out of his office.He gave us all an odd look for a second.

I smile at Y/n and my daughter,it made me feel so...Complete.If Connor and weren't trying to fight over his love,I'd say we'd make a great family.
"Y/n is great with kids."

"Yeah no kidding.Remeber that field trip for those elementary students at the mayor's office?"

"Oh yeah,Y/n loved every season of it."I said thinking back to the memory.
He looked so happy and free with them.He helped a little girl with making friends with her classmates.
I think Y/n is perfect for Ilya and I hope he can be in her life no matter what choice he makes but it makes me fight harder because Ilya loves him so much and she looks up to him,hell in her mind Y/n is the best person ever,then me.
"They look so happy."Connor said with a saddened smile on his face.
I could tell he was think about our mother...How we used to be like Ilya and our mother was everything to us.
"Can't believe I already have a niece!"

"I have a goddaughter!I've finally got my wish!"Jasdevi said poking Ilya's stomach with an equally happy smile.
