Winterbreak is only a day away! It's Friday, everyone is excited to get out of school. Thursday night I had a night shift at my job. Pretty convenient too. I was working at the mall. Before my shift started, I went to Champs and bought Chris a Red Champion T-shirt. I knew his style very well, just like mine. We had the same sense of style, which is good so then I knew what to get him as his Christmas gift. After I checked out, I went to Target to get a gift bad and tissue paper to wrap the gift, and purchased a card too. The card said, "Hopefully for the whole year through". Then, I wrapped the gift, went to work, and went home. I was so excited to give him his gift, and see his reaction. So the morning comes around, I see him walking up to my locker. He is smiling like always. I said "So you know how I told you I was excited for Friday?" He says "Yeah". I grabbed the gift from inside my locker and gave it to him. He smiled even more in shock, he had no idea. He kept hugging me and kissing me. Then, he finally opened it. He was so excited he tried it on. I knew he would like it. He didn't open the card until he got home though. So, I didn't explain earlier but at this time I broke my phone, so me and him communicated through texting on my tablet. We tried to make time to spend with each other, but we were both so busy we had to keep cancelling our plans. Then I knew, something was up.
