16. Fairy Tail's Beauty Contest!

"Goodnight Y/n." Both Erza and Juvia said happily as they pecked each of Y/n's cheeks before running off towards Fairy hills. 

Y/n Pov 

 So I'm dating Erza and Juvia now. I wonder how this is going to affect me in the future? Oh well I will deal with anything that comes up in the future. I've never had a girlfriend before let alone two. I was always so busy doing hero work that I never had time for one. Wait isn't this like in those manga's whats it called a harem? I've only been here a few weeks and I have already started one. I arrived back at the guild to see Lucy and Pika waiting for me. Pika flys over to me and lands on my shoulder so I pet his head. "Y/n I'm tired Pika says in a sleepy voice. "Well you can start sleeping on my shoulder I'm sure you used alot of energy up on your first day." I say to him and Pika nods and closes his eyes. I look at Lucy. "Ready to go?" She nods and smiles. We were now walking alongside the river in Magnolia back to Lucy's place. Pika is now fast asleep on my shoulder and Lucy has her celestial spirit called Plue beside her. She keeps insisting he is a dog but he really looks like a snowman to me. "So y/n what did Erza want with you?" Lucy asks me. "Huh? Oh she wanted me to become her boyfriend." I say calmly.  I look at Lucy who has a shocked face then it turns into a downtrodden one. 

I stop walking and she walks past me. "Wait Lucy." I grab her hand and she turns to look at me. "Were you planning on asking me out?" Lucy doesn't answer and looks down. I scratch my cheek. "Well I wouldn't say no if you asked...." I say rubbing the back of my head now. Lucy looks at me. "But you just said you are dating Erza." "I also didn't say she wasn't willing to share. She let Juvia date me as well." I say and Lucy's face becomes shocked again. "Your dating Juvia too!" She blurts out and I nod. "F.F.Fine I'll talk to Erza and Juvia tomorrow then..." Lucy says playing with her keys. "Alright then." We finally reach Lucy's place and she opens the door. "Wait a second..." I look at Lucy who has a deadpan face. "Natsu is probably here too...." I think back to all the times I had been at Lucy's and Natsu had indeed been there. "So Natsu doesn't live here then?" I ask. "Hell No! He and Happy keep breaking into my apartment and sleeping in my bed!" She shouts. I ponder a thought but brush it off. Lucy and Plue are now thoroughly searching her apartment for any sign of Natsu and Happy. Lucy lets out a sigh. "No one's here." She then smiles. "Finally some peace! Make yourself at home Y/n I'm going to take a bath first. While Lucy was in the bath I looked around to find something to entertain me. Upon Lucy's desk I could see some papers. I sat down at the desk and started to read through them. 

Lucy Pov

I'm so glad Natsu and Happy didn't break in to my apartment for once. Now it can be just me and Y/n. I smile as I watch Plue start to wilt in the bath it's so cute. When I come of the bathroom I look for Y/n but scream out in shock when I see him sat at my desk reading. "My Novel!" I quickly run to take it out of his hands. "Lucy did you write this?" He asks me. I look down embarrassed. "It's good." I look up at him. "I look forward to reading what happens next." He smiles and hands me my novel. I look at it then him and give a big smile. "Thanks Y/n!" He nods. "Lucy..we're trying to sleep..." I hear a sleepy familiar voice say. "Aye..." A second one adds. I walk over to my bed and see Natsu and Happy in it. "What are you two doing here!!" I shout at them. "Eh we were tired and couldn't be bothered to go back to our place..." Natsu says closing his eyes. I grit my teeth. "Wow that just shows you how good your book is Lucy I was so caught up in it I didn't even notice them come in." Y/n says which makes me blush but I'm still mad with Natsu and Happy. I try to drag Natsu out my bed but only his scarf comes off. "Lucy give back Natsu's scarf..."Happy says and I look at the scarf in my hands. "Come to think of it Natsu always has this scarf on." I say. "Aye that because Igneel gave it to him."I put the scarf back on Natsu. Y/n walks over to us now. "What's up with Natsu?" He asks. We all look to see Natsu making a strained face. "Indigestion." Happy says cheerfully. I swear this cat has a sadistic side to it... "This happened to him once before when he ate Laxus's lightning before." "Oh so he can only eat fire magic?" I say. "Who the hell tries to eat Lightning?" Y/n says with a confused face. "Natsu challenged Laxus! He was beaten instantly of course." I imagine the image of Laxus easily defeating Natsu. "Laxus is pretty strong..." "Aye! He monstrously strong. But Mystogan and Erza are monstrously strong too. Mira was quite fearsome in the past too." "Mira San!?" I say in shock but shes always so calm and nice. "If we were to hold a championship of Fairy Tail's strongest who do you think would win?" Happy asks me but both our eyes drift towards Y/n who is tucking Pika in to a makeshift bed to keep him warm. "I am against having rankings amongst friends." I say. "No rankings can be a good thing too. They can used to encourage you to do better and push yourself further forward." I hear Y/n say which makes me think. "There's also Gray and Elfman too. Gajeel and Juvia are also strong without a doubt." Happy starts rambling as I pick him up and put him on the windowsill. "Yes.Yes that impressive Happy See you tomorrow then." I then notice a piece of paper sticking out of his backpack. "Whats this?" I pick it up. "Oh I thought you could use it since you are low on money." Happy says and it's a poster for the upcoming Magnolia harvest festival. "Fairy Tail will participate in the festival too." Happy says. "Oh?" "Look at the bottom right." I do so. "Miss Fairy contest?" "Aye! The prize is 500,000 Jewel." "500.000! I could afford to pay seven months of rent with that! And it's the perfect thing for me!" "Mira and Cana will both be entering but I don't think you will fall short of them Lucy." My enthusiasm has suddenly dropped. "Eeh Mira san too? She used to be a centerfold in the weekly sorcerer. But wait I am younger than her and with my fresh charms...I can win! I can win the 500,000 Prize! I'll win this no matter what!"I say pumping myself up. "Weren't you just saying you are against ranking among friends?" The cat asks. "Happy how about a yummy fish?" "Natsu I finally see the depth of Human ego."
