"You do realize this is all your fault, right?" Kyoya muttered darkly to the blonde cowering in a corner, picking at his mushrooms.

He didn't respond, burrowing himself even deeper into his corner.

"Dad is gonna kill me..." Haruhi trailed off, shoulders slumping.

"Who knew-" Hikaru began, leaning against a wall to Haruhi's right.

"That one cat-" Kaoru chimed from Haruhi's left.

"Could cause all of this?" They finished together, looking at each other.

Honey, who had been crying as he sat in Mori's lap on a small wooden bed, started wailing even louder at their observation, making Mori hug him closer.

After a few minutes of sitting in miserable silence, a guard walked up to the bars of their cell. "Alright, you guys get one call." He informed them, passing a phone through the gaps.

Kyoya snatched it, glaring at anyone who tried to take it away. "I will get the only call. Just stay quiet and let me do the talking." He ordered, turning to face a wall to give him a bit of privacy. No one argued, not brave enough to go against the Dark Lord.

Besides that, no one knew what to say or who to call; this was all of their first time in jail.

It had started out like any other afternoon. Tamaki, being the childish person he is, insisted they all go out into the courtyard and play Kick the Can after club hours, giving no one the option the refuse.

He ushered them all outside, bringing a can he saved for that exact purpose. Kyoya stayed on the sidelines, despite Tamaki's whining, preferring to write in his binder than join in. The twins treated the game more like a war, putting on some war paint that they had found and yelling out battle cries. Haruhi clumsily ran around, not the best athlete in the world. Honey was almost as enthusiastic as Tamaki in the game with twice the skill, and Mori was a silent player, following Honey around the field and only participating when the can came at him.

Over all, it was pretty much an average day for the Host Club.

That changed when Tamaki saw it.

'It' being a chubby orange cat, dragging itself across the grass.

As he went to do his 'Tama-chan Kick!', he spotted it. Surprised, he missed the can completely and fell on his back. Of course, the Twins broke out into hysterical laughter.

Ignoring them, Tamaki jumped up and went over to the cat. "Awww!" He cooed at the creature, hefting it up into his arms. "It's so Cute!!!"

Haruhi rolled her eyes at the blonde, shaking her head. "You shouldn't pick up stray cats, Senpai. What if it's got rabies?" She scolded, the voice of reason in the group.

Mori, upon hearing her observation, prevented Honey from going over and joining the snuggling. When he started crying, Mori brought out a bag of cookies that he always kept with him for emergencies. Satisfied, the Lolita took the sweets and munched on them as he sat on his cousin's shoulders.

The Twins, once they recovered from their laughing fit, slunk over to Tamaki, grinning devilishly.

"It's awfully fat-" Hikaru began, poking it in the stomach.

"For a cat." Kaoru finished, repeating his brother's actions.

Tamaki glared and slapped their hands away. "Don't be mean to Mr. Snuggles!" He cried indignantly.

The Twins paused, frowning. "Mr. Snuggles?" They asked him at the same time. By then, everyone else had circled the Host Club Prince, curious about the cat.
