Your Pov:
~time skip to a few weeks later~
I sigh in content as Ciel and I walk down the street with the kids and Sebastian. Sebastian was just there in case we needed him but, that was doubtful. All we were doing was having a beautiful outing with the kids. Ciel had decided that he wanted to let the kids pick out two toys from his toy store, one for each of them, as an early birthday present. Not to mention that the kids would be getting a whole birthday party in a few days. I can't believe they're almost teenagers. Ciel is spoiling them. Suddenly, bumping into someone, jumped me out of my thoughts. "Oh! I am so sorry. I didn't look where I wa-- Lizzy?!" I practically screeched.
"Oh! Sorry. I just..." She trails off. I glare at her and Ciel seems livid. I try to calm him down slowly while I try to calm down myself. The kids didn't need to see this.
"Stooping to following us now, huh?" Ciel seethes.
"No! I just accidentally bumped into your... wife..." It seemed to take a lot out of her to say that. "I'm actually glad I bumped into you guys..." She continues shyly.
"Oh? Why?" I ask, curious despite myself.
"You won. Good job." She replies, putting out her hand. I look at it cautiously. Should I trust her?
"First of all, I'm not a prize to be won. Second of all, what are you doing here if you aren't following us?" Ciel asks, on guard in case anything were to happen.
"That's the reason I'm glad I bumped into you guys. My family and I are leaving London. Permanently. I just am in town for a few supplies. Then you'll never have to see me again." She replies, still holding out her hand to me. I sigh. Might as well, it's not like me to hold grudges too much. Besides, I have to set and example for the kids and she won't be around anyway so, I shake her hand. Ciel is shocked but, Lizzy just smiles. "Well, I guess I'll be going. Glad to meet you (Y/N). You've been a formidable adversary. Bye and good luck." She says before waving and leaving. I then sigh in relief. Glad that's over. Once the kids where in the toy shop with Sebastian, Ciel pulls me off to the side.
"That was really nice of you to shake her hand. I wouldn't have. Why did you?" Ciel asks. I laugh softly.
"Oh Ciel, I don't know. Maybe it's just because I'm tired of fighting. At least now we have our entire life to be happy." I reply before winking and heading back inside with the kids.
Ciel's Pov: (A/N: Bet you didn't expect that. Lmao.)
'That girl is something else. That's why I love her though. She always keeps my toes. I can't wait for forever with her. Let's just hope this is it.'
