Chapter 5: Frozen In Time:

Your Pov:

"But, dad... He keeps lying to me! How am I supposed to trust him! Let alone go back to him?!" I ask. My dad and I have been talking about this for about an hour now. Every time I try to change the subject, he just brings it back to this. It feels like he is saying that it's my fault but, it's not. He was the one who was lying to me. Right?

"I get that (Y/N) but, listen to me for a minute." My father says and sighs. I frown and think on it for a minute.

"Fine but, just for a few more minutes. I want to go play with (S/N) and (D/N).)" I reply a few minutes later.

"Ok. What if Ciel didn't tell you because there is nothing to tell?" My dad asks, putting his hands on his dark wooden desk.

"What do you mean?" I ask, confusion filling my face.

"What if this Lizzy girl is lying. You don't know her. You don't know what she's capable of. If she's lying to get Ciel from you, she's already won. You should have at least given Ciel the chance to explain himself." My dad says and surprisingly, it made sense. What if this Lizzy girl was lying just to get my Ciel?! How dare she! I'll get him back and then I will make him explain the truth! I thought before something dawned on me. What if he doesn't want me anymore...

"What's wrong darling?" My dad asks when he sees the saddened look on my face.

"Your right but, what if he doesn't want to see me anymore..." I ask and my father frowns.

"I'm sure he does... I mean, look at all the gifts he sent you..." My dad replies but, my heart only sunk like a stone. Those gifts stopped after a while. Maybe he didn't want me anymore. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" My dad called.

"Hello, sir. Sorry to bother you." (M/N) says softly as she enters.

"It's fine (M/N). What is it? Are the kids ok?" My dad asks and (M/N) nods.

"Yes, sir. They're fine. I just wanted to tell (Y/N) that Sebastian dropped by. He said that Ciel was just as depressed as you were. He misses you a lot." (M/N) informs, turning to me. My eyes widen and I freeze. So, there was still a chance to make things right... Look out Lizzy. Here I come...
