Chapter 11

(Riley's P.O.V.)

It was the first day back from the weekend and I was ready to win this war. Maya didn't know it, but I was right and that little skank ,Logan was wrong as fuck. 

All day I was happy going in and out of classes with a smile because I knew that once it was time for history, it was time to make Logan history.Although sitting alone at lunch isn't that fun, Maya didn't sit alone since people actually liked her. I didn't see Logan, but I knew she would come today, she wouldn't miss a day of school. Lucas always talked about his sister having perfect attendence, and now that I know who his sister is, I know Logan wouldn't skip today. 

I was right, when I walked into history I saw Logan and Maya sitting next to each other, but they weren't talking. Which means that the war between them is still going on. 

" So hows it going," I asked Maya.

She ignored me.

"Maya, you can't ignore me forever. You just have to realize that I was right for being mad at Logan."

Both Maya and Logan stared at me for a while than looked away. Lucas walked in when they turned their heads back so he stared at me.

"Hey Riley, guess what," Lucas asked breaking the silence.

"What, Lucas, What?" I answered breathy heavily hoping he would say what I want him to say.

" I liked you Riley, I really did."

"YOU LIKE ME!! REALLY I LIKE YOU TOO! OMG SO WE ARE A THING."

"You didn't hear me correctly, I liked you, past tense."

" Why, liked? What changed your mind?"

"You did. You and all your change."

"I didn't change. Look I'm right here looking the same as I did when you liked me."

"Not your appearance."

"That what is it?Tell me i want to know, so I can become the person you liked, so than you would like me again."

"I will never like you again."

WHAT! WHY WON'T HE EVER LIKE ME AGAIN1 WHAT DID I DO WRONG?

"So today we are going to earn about World War ll, class," my father/ history teacher said.

"What about World War lll?" I asked.

"Riley, Hunny are you dumb. There is no World War lll."

"Yes there is and in fact it is going on right now. And Logan is the killer."

"Nope! The killer is you Riley, and you killed me, so I'm not in this war anymore."Logan stated.

"Yeah Riley, You killed me too. So now it is just yourself in the war,"Maya added.

"it is not possible to have a war without yourself, so obviously you guys are still in it."

"No, you are fighting yourself, Riley. You don't know what to do," Logan said.

I looked at Maya, " Maya,"

Maya looked at Loan, " Logan."

then she looked at Lucas," Lucas."

"Lucas starred at all of us," What do I have to do with this. This is Riley's problem and she needs to fix it."

I stood up out of my chair and walked towards the classroom door, " I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM! I AM FINE!" I said as i stormed out of the classroom. I still stayed close to it, to see if anyone was talking about me, but all i heard was Maya and Logan.

"So since the war is over and all."

"Maya, we are not getting back together."
