We walked through the front doors of the Japanese restaurant with a stumbling Marcus still in my arms. The workers didn't even bat an eye at the fact that we were carrying somebody through the restaurant with a sack over their head and hands tied behind their back.

Marcus tripped on his shoelaces for the eight time in a row and almost face planted if it weren't for my tight grip on him. I sigh as I balance him back onto his feet. Hopefully by now his high has left him and he's sobered up. After seeing how he reacted to the fight between Saya and the cops, I'd say that woke him up pretty well.

I pushed Marcus through the back door of the establishment and into a meat cooler where Master Lin has been waiting for a long time. I just hoped we don't get punished this time for taking too long. The last time that happened we had to practice our aim in senbon...on each other. Yeah, not a fun time trying to pick metal needles out of your skin, so you don't resemble a porcupine.

The freezer is so cold I get the shivers walking in. Marcus ends up leaning back up against me at the nip of the cold. The heat that radiates of him is secretly welcomed as I hate cold places.

I, unfortunately, force him off of me and into the chair opposite of Master Lin in the middle of the room. After I force him to take a sit, I step back to stand beside Saya and wait for Master Lin's next instructions. I guess he is feeling a bit dramatic today because we wait in silence for a few minutes to build up a supposed dramatic tension.

Finally after Master Lin has finished examining Marcus, he nods towards Willie who's standing in the corner to remove the bag over his head. He comes in front of Marcus and rips the bag right off his head. Marcus's hair is disheveled and he is still covered in dirt and grime. His eyes dart around at everyones faces, including mine to which I just stare at him. Hopefully without emotion, that's what I've been trying to practice lately, but judging by the curiosity on his face he sees something else. He looks aways from me and towards Master Lin who is sitting in front of him with his hands clasped around his cane.

"Don't look like no psycopath to me" Willie breaks the silence and cause Marcus to dart his jittery eyes to Willie's face. I roll my eyes at Willie's remark. What an ice breaker.

"Can't judge a book by it's cover" Saya states frankly with her arms crossed and an intimidating aura around her as per usual.

"But you can judge one by it's smell" Billy points out with his finger in the air and wide grin on his face. A chuckle escapes me. I can't help it, Billy is just so stupid to the point it's funny.
