Blingggggg!!! Wakey Wakey!!!!!!! sounds the 6:00am alarm on Keiara's night stand. She turns around slowly and presses it off. In Zombie like mode, Keiara drags herself to the washroom and gets ready for her early morning class with Mr. Massicot at 8:00. By the time she is dressed, Keiara is energized and prepared for the day ahead. She takes one last look in the mirror and admires herself. The fitted jeans she chose to wear with her college shirt really complimented her figure while not showing off too much. Although mad at Jeremy she didn't want to give him more reason to be cautious of guys around her. Plus being the president's daughter she had to be an example and not show up at school with a skimpy outfit. She heads to the kitchen where the smell of bacon and eggs fills the air. Keiara takes a wiff. Her mother is in the kitchen washing away dishes. You'd think by looking at her mother that the kitchen is the last place she'd be. Her hair is always pulled back in a bun showing her slender face and light brown eyes. She is always dressed to impress and never a wrinkle in sight. Even while doing chores her mother ensures that she is always well dressed. She always tells Keiara that she has to look presentable for her husband at all times cause there are many women trying to snatch her man. Keiara has no idea where her mum would get such an idea since her dad worships the very ground her mother walks on. But whatever floats her boat Keiara can't argue. She loves her mom and is happy when others tell her that she is a spitting image of her mother minus the light brown eyes. That she took from her father. Keiara takes a sit on a stool around the kitchen island. "Good morning mum. smells good."

"Morning sweetie." her mother turns around a smile on her face. "How was your sleep?' she asks placing Keiara's breakfast infront of her. You'd think that being 17 soon to be 18 her mum would let her make her own breakfast, clean her room, wash her laundry but no. Being an only child has its perks. Her parents think that her only job right now is go to school and have good grades. Keiara sometimes wishes that her mum would just maybe let her do more things for herself. When she expresses that to Jeremy he thinks she is being ridiculous because according to him when they get married there are going to be maids at her beck and call. There is no need to learn to cook and clean and do all those domestic chores. She just has to worry about looking cute for him.

"Hello Earth to Keiara." her mum says.

"Oh it was good mum.'' Keiara dives into her breakfast which tasted yummy. "Is dad ready yet?" she had to get a ride with her father today since it is an early class and he is always at the college early.

"Yes he should be out in a minute or so." she places Dad's coffee mug and toast on the island.

Just then he enters into the kitchen straightening up his tie. "Good morning my two favourite ladies in the world." He plants a kiss on Keiara's forehead then goes over to his wife and kisses her too.

"Morning dad." Keiara smiles at the way her mother lingered a little to take a wiff at her husband's cologne. Her father sits and begins eating his toast. He looks at Keiara. "Honey you better hurry up and eat, I have alot to do in the office today." With one bite she finishes the rest of the breakfast, put the plate in the sink and rushes to brush her teeth upstairs and put on some lip gloss. By the time she is back downstairs, her father is waiting in the car. "Bye mum." she calls out to her mother who is washing dishes.

"Bye sweetie and have a blessed day."

Keiara hops into the car and her father drives off. Her father begins small talk. "So, Peter has been telling me that you are doing really well in his class."

I roll my eyes at the mention of Mr. Massicot. I didn't think I would have to think about that class until 8:00. It's 7:15. I should have 45 minutes before I think of Shakespeare. "Really? That's nice of him to say." Keiara answers sarcastically.
