Quinn Fabray's life was not perfect.You could say it kind of sucked.When she was just 6 years old both her and her parents were in a fatal car accident,killing both of her parents.They were on their way back home from a Church dinner.It was almost 11:30pm,it was mid January,the snow was falling at a fast pace.You could hardly see the road that was up ahead,but Mr.Fabray was determined to get his family home safe. The light up ahead turned red,and Mr.Fabray brought the car to a slow stop.For it being two hours past her bedtime,Quinn had fallen asleep in the back seat,while Mrs.Fabray kept an on the road for her husband.A few short moments after sitting at the red light,the light turned green,and Mr.Fabray once again slowly drove through the snow.Getting half way through the intersection,two bright lights from a pick up truck raced towards the Fabray car. Mrs.Fabray turned her head,and screamed for her husband to quickly move a bit faster.The truck grew closer and kept gaining speed. Mrs.Fabray's heart raced twice the speed it had as she watched the pick up truck hit a patch of black ice and slip out of control.She screamed once again for Mr.Fabray to move,but it was already too late.The truck slammed into the driver side,shattering the windows,and flipping the car off of the road.Quinn woke up screaming as she felt the impact of the car flip.It only took 6.4 seconds for the car to completely flip over.once the car was completely done flipping it got really quiet.Little 6 year old Quinn screamed again once she noticed her mother and father were unresponsive.She screamed and cried knowing she was helpless.

Weeks had passed after the loss of both of Quinn's parents.With both of her parents no longer around their housekeeper was no longer needed so she decided to get a new job for a new family,leaving Quinn with no one.Most of Quinn's family were either too busy,or just didn't really care that she was a 6 year old with no one to take care of her.Of course they showed up for the funeral,but their stay wasn't long.It was a quick 2 day visit and than back  to their lives again like nothing had happened.With no one to take care of the 6 year old,Quinn would have to be put into foster care.Until the night of her parents funeral,her best friend Kurt approached a very depressed Quinn who sat all alone in the back of the room,holding on for dear life a light brown teddy bear.Without saying anything the young boy dressed all prim and popper sat in the seat right next to her,grabbed her hand and the two of them just sat there.Kurt's parents watched the two young kids from the other side of the room.They both knew the young blonde couldn't leave with some stranger and be put with a strange family in the future.So they decided it was best and the right thing if Quinn moved in with them and join their small and wonderful little family.

Days turned into weeks,weeks turned into months and months turned into years before Quinn even knew it after moving into the Hummel household.She even made two amazing friends in middle school.Rachel and Mercedes,who eventually even followed her to high school.Both Quinn and Kurt no longer saw each other as best friends but as siblings.Their relationship grew stronger as time went on.

But it was the summer right before school started again that would be remembered forever. William McKinley High the school both Kurt and Quinn attended,held cheer tryouts for all.Of course only a certain number of people got in,Quinn just happened to be one of those lucky people.Joining cheer leading meant cheer camp for 5 weeks over the summer.She didn't mind.It got her out of the house for a while,got her to make some new friends,but it kind of also got her into a big situation.A situation no one expected.
