( plot summary ) In whichtwo best friends just so happen to be within an elevator when it abruptly stops, and during their time stuck within the small area, they find time to admit to the feeling they had been keeping secret for so long.
( additional information ) ↬ This story is pretty much set within a few fours, in which both John and Jeanette are trapped within a stuck elevator. The way I imagined this story was that it would be short, and there wouldn't be an overly large amount of chapters, but you can always extend it out if you'd like to, or make a possible sequel.
↬ John and Jeannette had been best friends since earlier childhood, and are still best friends even after they had reached adult hood.
↬ The both of them had feelings which they had hidden away from the other, neither one willing to admit to the feelings which they possessed. On John's behalf, he didn't want to ruin their friendship by expressing this, and Jeanette was mostly denying it, not wanting to admit to herself that she had feelings for her best friend.
↬ the two are in an elevator while they are both slightly intoxicated from spending their time in a local pub, after another one of Queen's performances. While they are in this elevator, in the end, they come to admit their feelings for one another.
↬ When the two were in middle school, they had been involved in a game of truth or dare. John had been dared to kiss Jeanette, and he had been extremely hesitant to do so, but Jeanette had said she was okay with him doing so. And thus, they quickly did, and to John, this kiss meant more than just friendship and this is when his feelings developed. But for Jeanette, this meant nothing, and her feelings for him only began to develop in recent times, when he had begun to gain attraction from other females due to his growing fame.
↬ I know that this plot may be somewhat cliche, but when written well, who doesn't like a little cliche in their book? Also, I was going to write this story, but I decided against it as I already have a John story, so here it is for one of y'all to write.
