It was Monday the day before I decided to buy a pink rose and a little note card attaching it to the stem. The dance was this Friday and I couldn't wait to ask mikasa I felt my nerves just striking my body and my heart beating super fast as if I just ran a marathon. I wore my regular clothing and placed the rose in my bag but in the middle pocket so it wouldn't get crushed. I knew what my plan was during lunch I'm gonna take mikasa out into the hallway and just ask her there plain and simple. I didn't want to ask her in front of all those kids anyways. I walked out of my room into the kitchen. And to my suprise I saw Levi sitting at the kitchen table drinking his tea and looking at his computer.

"Hey Levi."

"Good morning."

"You don't work today?"

"I do but not until later."

"Oh."

"So....you nervous?" He Question And me knowing what he was talking about.

"Yea I am."

"It's good that you're nervous ."

"How come?"

"Because mikasa is going to tell that you're nervous and she'll probably get just as nervous as you."

"Really?"

"Yea I was the same way with Petra."

"You, nervous?" I asked.

"Of course I was it was my first time ever asking a girl out for something."

"But what happened when she said yes?"

"I was filled with joy."

"And if she said no?"

"She wouldn't have."

"How do you know?"

"Because she wanted me to ask her out."

"She told you?"

He nods his while he sips his tea.

"Oh."

"Yep."

"Well I'm gonna start going now see ya."

"Hey eren."

"Yea?"

"Good luck."

"Thanks."

I went down the stairs to see all the foster kids waiting for me in a huge group.

"What's up?" I ask.

"We heard that you were gonna ask mikasa out." Alexander Stated.

"How do you know?"

"Well ella over heard you speaking with Levi because she wanted to ask you something."

"Oh is that true ella?"

Ella nods her head.

"Well yea I am gonna ask mikasa out for prom and to be honest....I'm nervous."

"Well from all of us we say."

"We wish you the best of luck eren." They all said in unison.

In response I smiled.

"Thank you guys.

They all came up to me and hugged me.

Even though I'm just asking mikasa to the dance just them saying good luck to me placed even more weight on my shoulders. I walked out the building and waved goodbye. I looked up to the sky and took a deep breath and began my walk to school. I kept repeating the situation in my head and her saying yes with that beautiful smile on her face. Armin already told me he asked out Annie for prom and he did it by giving her a book and as she opened it the pages would be cut into a rectangle with a little note card saying "prom?" It was very much like Armin to do something like that. As I walked to school I kept checking the pink rose making sure it hasn't got crushed or even bent. The guy who sold it to me asked me what was the purpose for it and I told him and he smiled saying he almost did the same thing with his wife but with a pink rose but with a bouquet of them and a big sign. I wanted to do that too but I felt like that was to much. I finally saw the school in the distance I reached the entrance and entered the building I checked my phone and looked at the message mikasa sent me of when she had lunch and where since there was three cafeterias and I wanted to make sure I was reading it correctly and making sure I got it down so I won't mess up the location.
