Starrytales: Cinder-Vega

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Vega. 

She lived with her mom and dad, which treated her well, 

But all changed when her mom went ill! 

So her mom died, 

And everyone cried. 

Except the pizza guy, 

Who just wanted people to buy his pizza pie. 

But things got worse, 

It was surely a curse, 

When father married a horrible woman, 

(Who probably had no man a comin,) 

Who had 2 daughters, 

Both so mean they were total cheaters,  

The father died 

And the true love the stepmother had was a lie.

But maybe, just maybe,a miracle will come in time,

But it better hurry, cause I can't think of a rhyme.

"Cinder-Vega!" Vivica, 1 of the evil stepsisters shouted, "come do my hair!" 

"No, come do my nails!" Violetta shouted, another stepsister. 

"Coming," Vega rolled her eyes and went down to the mean stepsisters, 

"Do my nails! I'm getting cuticle damage," Violetta yelled, 

"No- do my hair! I might get hair lice!" Vivica yelled, 

"Cinder-Vega! Please clean the chimney, it's getting dusty and Santa Cosmos likes a clean chimney." Stepmother  Cordial said. 

"One at a time," Vega said as she got to work. 

She cleaned the chimney. 

Did Vivica's hair. 

And painted Violetta's nails. 

"There, done," Vega said annoyed, 

"Now, get the mail!" Cordial said,"I'm waiting for the latest issue of Pretty Mama Magazine," 

Vega walked to the mail, there was no magazine, but there was a invitation. 

"Guys! Your invited somewhere!" Vega told her step-family, 

Cordial took the invite, "You are invited to the prince's ball," 

The stepsisters did their (horrible) happy dance. 

"Can I come?" Vega asked. 

"No- you don't have a dress!" Violetta said. 

"Or dignity," Vivica whispered to Violetta, looking at the blue rags they made vega wear. 

"Come, Cinder-Vega, we need you to prepare our dresses," Cordial said walking to the dressing room.

"I'd like my dress to be Violet, of course, made with silk and blue gems and glitter and-"Violetta said as Vega was writing stuff down,"are you putting this down?" 

"Yep," Vega lied, she was putting stuff down, but it was Spider webs,expired berries,garbage,etc. 

"I'd like mine to be white with pink ribbon and diamonds," Vivica said, 

Soon, The local dressmaker had made all their dresses, 

Vivica's was white and had ruffles, pink ribbon and diamonds- which were really pieces of sharp glass. The white fabric was really recycled dirty paper, painted white and covered in shimmer- just in case.

The ribbon unknowly to Vivica the was   made with spider webs dyed pink. 

Violetta's dress was violet, and made out of spider webs, the gems were really blobs of frozen expired berries, the "glitter" was actually garbage grinded into powder, covered in sugar just to make it look like glitter.

Cordial's dress was just the same- it looked pretty but the fabric was really used and cleaned(kind of cleaned) garbage bags. Covered in purple paint and shimmer so no one suspects. But the smell was strong, so Vega had Adora, the local dressmaker, dump it in disinfect, then dumped it in gallons of perfume. 

It was Vega's plan to make the dresses secretly actual garbage as payback for everything they have done. 

But one dress was different. 

Vega's dress was blue and ruffly, it was actually made of silk and had pretty stuff on it. 

"Wait- why do you have a dress?" Violetta asked. 

"Oh, you said I couldn't come without a dress," Vega answered, 

"You can't- cause there is no dress!" Vivica took vega's dress off the manniguin and stomped on it. And tore it apart. 

Vega and Adora gasped. 

"My masterpiece!" Adora yelled as Vega's dress was ruined," you monsters!" 

The evil stepsisters and mother sashayed away.

-Night 

Vega was crying in the attic as someone knocked the door. 

She went to open the door. 

"Hello, any chance I can have some food?" Said the girl dressed in a patches cloak. 

Vega nodded and went to give her some leftover cornbread and a bit of Moon Juice. 

"Thank you very much" Said the girl,  as she turned into a winged girl in a fancy dress. 

"Who are you?" Vega said startled. 

"I'm your fairy godmother, Piper," Piper then took out her magic pen. "I can help you go to the ball, I just need a garble green,featherjaffer, and birds,"

"Ok..." Vega said as she got what Piper needed.  

"Kippity Kappity Koo!" Piper chanted and she turned the garble green into a a fancy starlimo, the featherjaffer into a pretty blue dress, and she turned the birds that sat on the attic window into drivers. The leaves of the garble green were turned into glass slippers. 

"Make sure that you come before midnight- unless you want to be seen in rags at the ball,"Piper  warned, 

"Got it!" Vega said as she got into the star limo 

-At The Ball. 

The ball had started. 

And the stepsisters and mother were there. 

Yay, 

The prince was also there. 

YAY! 

The prince spotted Vega.
