The next morning, they woke up an hour late.
"It's 7:00!" Max yelled as she was throwing everything into her bags.
Hali leaped out of bed and started packing her stuff.
Max suddenly rushed out the door.
Hali finished packing fast and ran after her. One of the elevators was occupied. "She really couldn't just save me a spot?" She said to herself as she got onto the right elevator.
But when she got down to the first floor, she noticed that Max had already left.
Again, she wondered why Max didn't wait for her down there.
Surely we weren't in that big of a rush? What's the hurry?
Hali ran out the hotel doors. The people in the hotel and the desk people were confused as to why she was running out, but obviously didn't question her.
But Max wasn't in the car, either. She shot her a text.
"WYA?"
Max didn't reply until to minutes later when she sent a video of her dashing into the room and shoving half of the food at breakfast into her bag.
Hali sighed. So she was at breakfast. Or, now, in the hotel room.
Hali raced back to the room, grabbed Max's arm, and they both headed out, taking their bags with them.
