Ryan's POV

"It's been over one hundred-thirty six years since thirty seconds of gunfighting set Tombstone's place in American history books. Though the fascination with the town remains. Is it merely our obsession with the old west that keeps tombstone going, or is the ghost of a violent path as much a part of today's city as when his brothers patrolled the streets. The answer remains, unsolved."

"That's a wrap!" Someone shouted from behind the camera. My posture deflated by instinct and I leaned back into the all too familiar chair. After a long stretch, the season was finally over. A few ghosts, one creepy fucking demon, and some spooks.

A loud bang echoed from behind me, first instinct was to jump out of my seat, the second was to glare at Shayn because I knew he was the one up to it. As it surprised no one, Shane WAS indeed up to it, standing at the foot of a chalkboard with a smile of stone.

"Shane!" My brows furrowed as I reached down to recover my chair.

"Shane who?" Shane, who was dancing around like an idiot, flailed his arms wildly in the air. "I'm the spooky dude of whatever-the-heck future! I'm here to possess your soul!" He joked.

"Woah, don't drag me into this, I hate it when you drag me into your shit." I huffed, rolling my eyes and turning away from the skeptic. I started down the hall, not bothering to turn around. The unorganized steps and the clanking of feet against random objects told me my friend was following close behind. "Plus, no real ghost would be that ridiculous. Common Shane, if you're gonna insult me you should at least be accurate." My brow rose ever so slightly as my head choked backward to the dingus behind me.

Shane pouted, "You sure are rude for someone that cowers at the wind."

"It was a ghost!"

"It was an owl, Ryan, get over it."

We stopped in the hall and I pushed open the door. The three folders I carried left my hand and skidded against our desk. The way they skid was forceful, and if it wasn't for Shane one of those folders would've flopped onto the floor. To be fair I didn't mean to...at least I think. Shane set the folder back on top of the others. "Sorry dude, did I strike a nerve or something?" I hummed, blinking out of my head and scratching the table top nervously. "What? Yeah, I'm good-" The computer flashed on and my email flashed with notifications. "Hold that thought ghost of weirdos past, I've got something."
