ASHTON'S POV

"How'd he find out?" I questioned just watching Michael's expressions carefully. If there's one thing you need to know about Michael it's that he tends not to show his feelings through words, but with his facial expressions.

Michael's eyes wandered the room a little bit before returning to me, "I really don't know Ash...but he's going to tell Autumn!"

"And?"

I watched the faded green haired boy stare at me, "What do you mean AND? She's going to flip on me! I knew who raped her before I left three years ago but never told her. I finally got over that guilt, now I'm going to feel even worse."

I sighed, rubbing my temples, "She won't believe him you know."

"What?"

"Why would she have any reason to believe him if he did tell her. She thinks that Dean's DAD raped her, obviously she's not going to trust the kid!" I explained looking around Michael's room. "So you'll be fine, calm yourself."

Michael's mouth twitched just before his expression changed to a smile, "I guess you're right, Ash!"

I rolled my eyes, "What else?"

Michael's face just contorted with confusion, "Huh?"

"What else happened?" I did slightly snap at my friend, but Michael swayed in his spot before getting up off the bed.

Michael refused to look at me and I knew where this was going. "I told her...well we talked about my drinking a little bit."

"That's good, so you opened up to her?" I asked and Michael just shook his head.

"Technically no..." He sighed, "I started having a mental attack thing again, not a full panic attack but my mind wouldn't leave me alone so when she tried to talk to me I snapped at her. So by default I had to tell her, at least a little bit."

Michael turned back around to face me while I spoke, just asking him another question, "So you don't trust each other?"

Michael shrugged, "Well we haven't really done anything...it's been a while."

"Wait wait wait!" My arms started flailing. "Are you saying you don't trust each other because you haven't had sex?" Michael didn't react but his silence was enough of an answer for me. "Have you ever been in a serious relationship Michael!?"

"I thought Abigail was pretty serious.." Michael shrugged.

I facepalmed, like actually facepalmed. "You two dated for less than a month."

"I thought we were pretty close!" Michael exclaimed.

I groaned, "Michael you're going to have to treat this relationship a little different than your relationship with Abigail or whatever girls you've um...dated." Michael frowned and I sighed before clearing my throat, "You'll be fine."
