>>Alex's POV<<

It's been 9 months and Nathan was in an orphanage , we got informed that he got adopted 3 months ago.

Lycia is currently 9 months pregnant but her stomach is bigger than most people she went the doctors office with Matt and I today to see of it was normal.

*at doctors office*

"Hi how may I help you?" this lady said.

"I came for a check up" Lycia said.

Then they started talking and she started filling out some papers .

"So what are you gonna name the baby?" I asked

"Mhmm I don't know but if it's a boy I want Ian and for a girl probably Jade" he said

"You should name one Alex" I said and laughed .

"Maybe" he replied and laughed with me. Then Lycia came .

"What are you too laughing about?" She asked.

"Alex suggested we should name the baby Alex" Matt said.

"Yes c'mon it's a boy and girl name" I said .

"We'll see Alex" Lycia said and laughed then a 20 ish year old girl came out

"Hi I'm the doctors daughter she sent me to get you guys" she said

She looks really familiar. Like words can't fucking describe.

"I'm Madison by the way" she said

Then it hit me , she's Isabella's twin. How could I forget?

"Uhh I think we should go to another doctor" I whispered to Matt while Lycia and Madison talked .

Like I know you might think how do you forget Isabella's face? I mean c'mon it's been 9 months we have other important things than her.

"Hey babe" Matt said

"Babe?" I heard Madison whisper

"Yea?" Lycia said

"We should probably go to the uh the other uh doctor because it's closer" Matt said

"Closer to?" Lycia asked getting really annoyed

"Taco bell?" Matt said and smiled

Lycia ignored him and we walked into a room with a lot of equipment .

"Alright Lycia lay down" Madison said

She then took this blue gel and rubbed over Lycia's stomach.

"Okay how many kids are you excepting?" Madison asked

"One" Lycia and Matt said in a unison

"Well you're wrong it's twins" Madison said

"TWINS?" They both yelled out.

"Holy shit" I whispered.

"I'll have to run some tests" she said and walked out with her snobby self ew.

"I don't think we can do it" Lycia said without any emotion.

"Yes we can" Matt said and held her hand

"Matt I wasn't even expecting one kid" she said.

"On the bright side you're child won't be lonely" I said

Then Madison walked back In.

"Okay so there's something wrong" she said

"What is it?!" Lycia said

"It seems that the twins are from different fathers."
