After 15 years of hard work and laboring, the Magma kingdom was almost as good as new. The population was brought back to a stable number, and the kingdom had new arrivals to take control of it all when the time came upon them. The king and queen had three children, all of which were aging and educated well. The eldest of the three was Flaro. He was the firstborn male of his siblings and seemed to be the most calm as well. Flaro was 8 at this time and was very kind to his younger brother and sister. Though every now and then he'd tease them it was just fun and games to them. The second child was Fira. Although she was short tempered, she normally kept her composure around her siblings and parents, for she didn't want to hurt nor upset them. Fira was just turning 6 but seemed a little more mature than her older brother due to her time and effort being put into voluntary study and work. As for the youngest sibling, who's name was Kai, he was 4 during this time period and was still learning manners and how to talk. Though he couldn't speak very well, he was very good at listening and understood what he was told, making him the most intelligent of the three even at his young age. The three children loved to run around the new court yard and play hide and seek, tag, and a collection of other children games. Two years later on Flaro's tenth birthday however, his father, King Adrere, had taken him away from his siblings and mother to train him under his influence. Fira and Kai's relationship with their older brother took a toll on them whenever he was kept away from them and caused them to ask questions constantly hoping to get an answer that differs from, "He's very sick" or, "He's busy with chores". Sadly that day never came for them. Four years later, king Adrere had finally achieved his ultimate goal in training his oldest son and unlocking his full potential. Adrere had learned something about this place that his kingdom now called home over the decade or more that they've been there. He noticed that some of the newborns had some special 'gift' that they were born with in the temple. King Adrere had studied the ancient writings on the walls and figured out that the temple was a resting place for their fallen ancestors. It had been lost for centuries and they just happened to stumble upon it. The writings on the walls mentioned something along the lines of, "Members of the Magma kingdom were destined for greatness! Our fallen brothers have proven that to be true, and now it's our turn to embrace their true strength! Our history will not be forgotten as long as this place exists! The transition of power comes from the power of the dead, and to pass said power to the next era of the Fire clan, new life must be created in this very place!" Adrere knew the words written in stone were true, for all three of his children were living proof of those very words. While King Adrere was training Flaro in combat, he realized that his body temperature was rising, for the room began to heat up gradually. He assumed it was just the sweat they were working up at first but then realized that the heat was regulating from Flaro's body. The next clear sign that Flaro had such power was when his father had landed a blow on his arm during their one on one training when Flaro was 14. The wound made his son furious since he was never able to beat his father and didn't want to loose again. Flaro's body not only heated up but also combusted into burning hot flames. Adrere was shocked but Flaro didn't seem to notice. The flames died down after the wound on Flaro's arm had seemingly disappeared, though the cut in his clothing was still present. The final example of Flaro's newfound powers is when he managed to control his anger and manifest it into a physical object like a ball. Not only did he create a ball of fire but he was able to make a wall of fire as well. King Adrere saw an opportunity to turn his son into a weapon and seized it as fast as he could. They trained even harder than before, and Flaro's strength, skill in fire magic, and swordsmanship was almost as impressive as his father's. Queen Shula, however, was worried about her son since she hasn't been able to see him just as long as her other children. Adrere made the excuse that he needed to be treated for his 'illness' that never really existed, but Shula could see through his lies. She would try to sneak a glimpse of where Adrere would take Flaro, and the sounds that come from the room they would train in confirmed her suspicions. Shula knew this would happen but was too late to stop king Adrere from taking her son away from his family and turning him into a weapon of mass destruction.
