YOUR cake was ready. i was so delighted when my boss told me to deliver it to you - had you any idea? with a light heart, i hopped onto my motorcycle, eager to see your face again. "somebody's excited," the voice of my colleague, eunbyul, resounds through my ear. i do not bother to dispute or refute her, it is undeniably true. my infatuation with you was obvious, but only to her. "more than i should be," i had sighed to her, before donning my helmet and kicking the bike to life. she gives me a thumbs-up as i ride into the distance, leaving behind the building.

you were waiting at the doorstep of your house, tapping your foot as you paced. as i pulled up, i loved the smile that immediately lit up your face, be it for me or not. "oh, you're here! finally! come in!" you blurted out, dragging me into your gargantuan house, once i had taken my helmet out. inside was five more people - i think they are your friends. you were hopping around like a bunny, exclaiming "the cake is here!" i was flustered, so instinctively i bowed and bowed again, making my way to the kitchen top to ready the cake. he had ordered for the icing to say "happy birthday, jimin-ssi", but i was scared it might get ruined on the way.

for him, everything had to be perfect.
