Bittersweet [Dangerous Fellows Fanfic]

Chapter 2

"Can you just please chill. Not only you that are scared! I am scared too. So please- just chill the fuck out. Let's just think of some-" Ivy stops midsentence, as she hears a low grunt nearby.

She turns around, to see the strange woman turning into a zombie.

"I-Ivy..? Can i f-freak out n-now?" Sarah asks softly as she starts to freak out again.

"No. Stay put." Ivy said as she starts to walk backwards, to get away from the strange woman who's turning into a zombie.

"Someone pass me a pillow." She continues, showing her right arm, as if she's waiting for someone to give her a pillow while keeping her eyes glued to the woman. After she receives the pillow from PY, she kicks the woman down, making fall onto her back.

The woman tries to jump onto Ivy, acting like a hungry hyena, just to eat her flesh.

"Shit. She turned already-" Grayson curses to himself as he tries to get away from the zombie.

Ivy jumps onto the zombie and covers the face with the pillow she was holding, trying to stop it from biting anyone. "Yeah ivy, just suffocate her until she dies!" Javier shouted in fear thinking that it would end soon. "Dude, she's already dead though- what." Richard replied to Javier as he makes his famous 'what-the-fuck-dude' face.

"Oh shut up Javi! Go and get a kitchen knife or something!" Ivy yells while she struggles to keep the zombie sits still. Javier couldn't move from his spot, as he is too scared, he couldn't think of anything besides than the worst scenarios in his head. Alvin groans in frustration and ran to the kitchen to get the knife Ivy wanted.

"Don't just stand there! Help me out here!" Ivy yelled again, making Nat, Richard and Miguel to run to her to help her stopping the zombie from escaping. "No way in hell i would touch that freaking zombie!" Sarah yells as she hugs PY's arm and vice versa. Both of them are scared, since they have a really huge fear of zombies.

"Then just shut the hell up- ARGH!" Ivy groans in pain, as she strengthen her grip on the pillow while shoving the pillow even more on the zombie's face. "AND FUCK YOU LADY!" Ivy screams at the monster in front of her. She closes her eyes suppressing the pain she is feeling.

Turns out the zombie scratched her arm, trying to escape from Ivy's grip and eat anyone's flesh she can get a hold of.

"Here." Alvin hands Ivy the knife. However he only receives a glare from her in return. "What?" Alvin asked, feeling confused with the sudden response from Ivy. "CAN'T YOU SEE WHAT I'M DOING HERE? IF I LET GO, EVEN JUST ONE HAND, SHE'S GONNA EAT ME." Ivy yelled without averting her gaze from Alvin. Alvin lifts both of his arms up showing he surrenders. He then tighten the grip on the knife he's holding on both of his hands, and stab the zombie's head with it through the pillow. He repeats it until the zombie stops moving.

"Is she... dead?" Sarah asked, peeking over the zombie. "Dude. She's al-" Sarah cuts Richard off since she knows what he's going to say. "Already dead. I know. I mean her as a zombie. Is it dead?" Sarah rolls her eyes and crosses her arms.

"Yeah it is." Ivy said in relief. She gets up from the zombie's body and she looks around.

"Based on movies and novels, usually zombies are sensitive to sounds right? And they have poor eyesights due to their milky-looking, diseased eyes?" Miguel asked, looking at PY, expecting for some answers. "Why are you asking me? I don't know." PY said as she is still shaking in fear.

"Well yeah. They are sensitive to sounds, and they have poor eyesights. Like in the game i was playing, Dangerous Fellows. However in The Walking Dead, they can see, hear, and smell. And in the series they camouflage by cloaking. Basically you cover yourself in their blood or organs such as the intestines. In Train To Busan and World War Z, they can see and hear. Not sure about smelling though." Sarah explained since she knows a thing or two about zombies as she sometimes like to watch movies that are related to zombies.
