"We have to leave this place. Don't you think so?" One of the six asked, leaving the rest to agree with her. "But how though?" Another person asked her, making her smile. "Dude, we're literally turning 18 soon. We can just leave this place, running away or whatever. They won't even care and they won't have the right since we're gonna be legal." She replied. "She does have a point, Nat." Another one interrupted the conversation.
"Let's leave tonight then?"
"Yes. Start packing. Richie and the rest will come soon."
Apparently these six teenagers have been friends ever since they were a child. They are living in a foster home, only until tonight as they plan to leave the place. It's very much a horrible place for them. Being treated like maids since they were little, getting abused almost every single day. No one should be going through this honestly. However, they did.
They are planning to sue the foster home once it's time and when they are ready.
Times passes by, the sun were nowhere to be seen, as the moon is up, lighting up the sky along with the stars by its side.
"You ready?" A boy approached the girl who was looking at the sky, wondering about her parents. "Yes. I am very much ready. You?" She asked him back, not wanting to be rude as she smiled at him faintly. Instead of answering her, he shows both of the bags he has been carrying. A bag of clothes and a bag of foods which he stole from the kitchen.
"Javi! Ivy! Come on! Richie has arrived already! Get the blankets!" A girl whisper-shouted at them. They obeyed and went to help the rest of them to tie up the blankets and throw it out of the window.
"You know, now to come to think of it, we're only one floor up from the ground. Why not just jump?" One of them asked. "Well someone is scared of heights. So let's just help her with this." Another girl replied. They nodded with her response and they helped the girl who is scared of heights, although some of the rest just jumped from the window.
After all of them are all outside, they ran to the car that was parked nearby.
"Richie! Thank you so so much!"
"Thank your parents for me too."
The boy just nodded as a response. Then he started the car and drove away from the awful place.

"Hey! What are you thinking about huh?" A girl hits her shoulder. "Oh it's nothing." She said as she laughs sheepishly. "Oh yeah Ivy, PY was looking for you." The same girl who hit her shoulder said after she finally realized why she was there in the first place. "Really? Alright then. I'll go and see what she wants. Thanks Sarah." The girl who got hit or better known as Ivy, nodded and left her best friend, Sarah, there alone. Sarah stares at Ivy's back as Ivy leaves the room until she can no longer be seen, while smiling.
"I hope it gets better for all of us." Sarah thought to herself.
- Flashback -
"Hey new girl. Why are you crying?" Sarah asked, while rubbing her back. Suddenly the new girl whinced in pain, causing Sarah to pull her hand back. "May i?" Sarah asked as she looks at the new girl, waiting for her permission. She nodded and sniffed. Sarah lifted her shirt and saw a red mark across her back, with a few drops of blood.
"Come on. Let's get you treated okay?" Sarah offered her hand to her, she hesitated at first, but then she took her hand.
Sarah brought her to another 4 friends of hers to get her wound treated.
