Morning finally came across the desert. Moria sat on a ledge of the temple soaking up the rays of sunlight that were peaking across the horizon. Laying by her was Ami, resting. After all he went through, she recognized the amount of energy he used and left him alone.

A chill cut through the air making the shaman shudder. Her clothes being torn apart, she only managed to find some cloth making a outfit that appeared to be a toga. Going back inside the temple Moria gathered all the materials that they needed for travel. The danger of staying dwelled in her mind. She thought of Ami not bring ready yet for anything and of what would happen if they stayed. At any moment any one could come here. This is a time of deceit. At the fire pit, in the center, Moria knelt and said a quick prayer. Finishing, she went to Ami.

Laying down her sword, her grip slipped for a moment and the metal kinked loudly on the ground. Quickly turning towards Ami, she found him laying there like before, stiff and quiet. The only sound that came from him were his clothes dancing in the calm breeze. A sigh of relief came out of Moria as she picked up the sword. She had to rest for a little bit longer before their journey began.
Returning to her spot, Moria sat in silence spectating the area for anyone. If anyone happened to show up, she would have to kill them. Earlier, Moria had made sure that they weren't being followed, but spies were apparent making her more uncomfortable. The only thing that was concerning her was the event of Ami's experience. He was alive and well, but something unbelievable had happened to him, and to her.

Time passed in the temple . The sun was starting to blaze down on the earth. From where the two spellcasters were resting the sunlight was crawling onto them. The light hit Ami. His eyes began to awaken from his slumber. Slowly blinking, the sunlight directly hit his eyes but something was wrong. The sky was colorless, and the rays of the sun did not bother the apprentice's eyes.
Blinking awake from a dream, he realized that the dream was real and started breathing rapidly.
      "Don't get up too fast..."
He looked to the side and saw his master that saved him. Awaken, he had flashbacks of the night before. The spirit, his fuse with the spirit, the battle.... the demon.
He scooted back in fear
"GET BACK YOU YOU MONSTER." Ami screamed.
      "MY.....mymmyy sigh—t."
Trying to approach Ami, he went back again going down stairs.
"Ami listen please listen to me..." she softly begged.
"GET BACK DEMON. IIIII—SAW YOU TRANSFORM INTO-" He stopped.
He looked at Moria's tears rolling down her face.
"Nebra is dead Ami. I destroyed her she no more she's Not controlling you." She cried. Ami was silenced.

"You destroyed Nebra?" The boy knew speaking in a regrettable tone.

"That is what I've been trying to say...." she whimpered. Ami had never seen her like this at all. The emotionless woman crying in tears.
"I'm sorry Ami. I have failed you," She looked down.

"Nebra the spirit started to use her power to unlock your potential. I hesitated and was knocked back. "

"Is that that why I'm colorblind. Master?" He ask.
A suttle nod answered his question.
"Well it can be fixed then. Dark will wear off soon right?" He said as got up.
There was no answer from Moria. Tears began to fall from her face.
"No Ami.. you need to sit down for what I'm about to tell you."
Coustialy standing up, from the stairs  Ami sat with Moria.
"Tell me what going on Moira what's going on with me." Reluctantly asking her. He needed answers.
"When Nebra failed to fully unlock your potential or energy. It collapsed into you. For a person normal person it would kill them."
Putting her hand over his, she lifted the spell that she was hiding from him.
"I didn't want to believe it, but after I killed nebra. I sensed another demonic power. She whispered as Ami's hands were slightly paler and finger nails longer, and pointed.
"Your a demon now or at part demon anyway."

Ami looked at his hand and saw his talons in wonder.
"Look at your appearance know. " Moria said in a better tone. Out of thin air she form a mirror like objects towards Ami.
"Is that me Moria?" The boy asked looking st his face, tearing up. His skin had a slight paleness and his pupils in his eyes were red and black similar to Moria.
"Yes it is you may not want to accept it but you will never be who you are again." Moria responded. "How do you feel Ami."

He didn't know what to feel. Going from his home and traveling home, he felt home sick. Taking on the task of saving his people (which he didn't know if it was true) was daunting. If felt like his life was shaken and. He wasn't ready for it.
"Moria I didn't ask for this. I-m going home now " he turned to her.
" wait Ami. I know you didn't. if I had a chance I would make things different. That's how it is." She chuckled. Ami was thrown off by her laugh. But her smile makesd him grin.
"You teeth they have become lovely fangs you know. Your like me now."
Examining his new teeth his finger was cut on one Canine.
"Ouch!" He wimped. Blood in the color black started to run down his hand. The wound was small and quickly started to heal up.
Looking at the now heald finger, Ami cut him self again and again with the same result occurred.
"What else can demons do? before I go I want to know ?" Asking in curiosity.
Getting up Moria stood in a offensive stance.
"For one thing, demons are faster at everything."
She launched a simple strike torwads the boys face. Effortlessly he dodged it with great agility. A rush of power came throughout Ami's body uncontrollably Countering Moira's punch. he zipped through the air and stroked at her. So he thought
"See you're much faster than before." She stated. Behind him grinning
"Sit you're out of breath already. Eg
Both of sitting down, Moria need to tell him about the danger he was in.
"They are many thing that demon can do that human can't. Some people want what you have. Especially demon almost by nature they want more power. You are a target now. They will be tracking you since you down since your a yearling."
" How would find me by arua?" Ami began to grow nervously. "Or would they see me? This
"No no no by sent it course. Your sight even though it's colorless it's sharper that you think. Understand this "before you go" every demon has a demonic scent to them. To stay hidden WE use magic to mask it. Do smell my sent?"
The newly half demon took a couple whiff then shook his head.
"What about now." She extended her arm revealing her semi-transformation.
He tried again, this time a overwhelming burning reached his nose. He gagging for fresh air. It was intoxicating to him. Like a moth drawn to a flame he came close to the shamans Arm. All of his senses where discombobulated. With out any resistance he took a chomp at Moria arm revealing is magnificent fangs.
"I'm surprised. That actually stung a little." Moro's said in a playful tone.
"You just have to overcome the temptation."

For the rest of the morning she tested his demonic body. Trying to break his habit.By high noon they were both worn out.
"How did you become a demon Master." Ami asked out of breath. Moria froze for a second before she put down her sword.

"First I going to show you my demon form. I could of transform before our spar but I wanted to go easy on you. You won't be able to resist attacking though."
Stepping back, The shaman surrounded her self with black fog. Ami was pushed back by the Sheer aura she was emitting. When the smoke cleared it revealed Moria not the demon he had seen before. Her skin, was darker marks across the face and arms. Eye were as black as the black except the cornea where it was white.
"You see I'm not what you saw earlier. When you consumed the amount of demons I have many forms."
Again Ami was overcome, but this time he was fighting the urges. Looking intensely at Moria he cried out,
" Change back now !!!"
He didn't want want to attack but it felt to good. Gracefully he sruck her. Being bombarded by kicks and punches barely phased Moria. She blocked most of them and the one that landed were a mere pat. A simple tap blew the apprentice back.
Reverting back to herself Moria saw that she had knocked him out cold.
"He's too weak still. He shows glimpses of great strength but falls into temptation too much. It funny to think that he wasn't want to go alone.the first demon would kill him. " she said to herself picking him up.
"It's time for us to leave now."
