Ami was now far ahead up the road from Moria. The speed of Ami's horse made a nice breeze on him. Each gallop felt like a tremor. Holding on for dear life Ami hung onto the beat. He had no control. The horse started to slow down from his sprint. Feeling the deceleration Ami sat up. The calming tempo relaxed the young man. Feeling more comfortable he opened his eyes. He saw the vast desert around him. Dust started kicking into his face hindering his sight. When it cleared, the horse stopped. "Finally you stop..." Ami sighed in a asinine voice. The horse kicked him off. "Ouch!!! Dammit horse!", he yelled. The horse grunted. Ami looked around the vast land. Where is Moria? She was close to me earlier. The horse kneeled beside him. Well at least he is calm.  "Good boy.", he said.

"He's actually a girl, Ami," Moria said. She appeared behind him, and sat with her apprentice. "We've made good time Ami. The sun is up and the dust is resting," she continued. Ami silently agreed.
"So Moria, when we get to the temple, what what will we start on?" He asked. The Shaman turned and grabbed a piece of dried meat. "We start here and now,"she answered confidently . She summoned her staff and pointed it directly under his chin. He couldn't move. His hand was trying to find his staff. " Here." The wise Shaman gave him his staff, and backed away a few paces.
"Hit me," Moira commanded.
"Seriously?" Ami asked.
"Yeah," she answered.
"You sure? It would be a shame if I could not beat you easily," Ami said
Without warning, Moira charged Ami and swung her staff with ease. Ami parried her strike with his staff. He stepped back from a swipe at his side. Moira charged at him and without thinking he swung at her. Moira altered his course to easily dodge the strike, and struck Ami off his feet with a sweep with her feet.
Ami fell with a thud as Moira stood over him with her staff under his chin.
"You died. If you fight like that when we get there, you are going to die." She let go of of him and he fell down. He was beat fairly. His breath was staggered and his expressions on his face was stunned. He never met a person that beat to pulp. "I haven't trained in a while," he coughed out. She chuckled and got on her horse. "Come, we have lost time and time is of the essence," she said in a playful tone. Stumbling to his horse, Ami hopped on and the both of them continued the track of to the Lost Temple.

When they arrived there, nobody was there . Moria sensed a strong spiritual presence around, but she couldn't make sight of sight of what it was. The temple felt haunting. Wind echoed out the entrance. The Shaman was cautious. "We have are here. The Lost Temple. We'll begin immediately," she said confidently. She didn't know what this presence was, but if that person or thing sensed them as she did it, it could kill them. Ami nodded slowly and went in side the temple. Inside was lowly lit. "What is that sound that sound Moria?" Ami nervously asked. The sounds was coming from the ground. Howls and screeches were heard.
"They are souls Ami. They were here. If you don't go out to the back entrance you will be fine," She warm. Ami couldn't see it but Moria saw a whole world of souls on the other side. "Take out staff we begin with basic spells Ami. These techniques will help you with hiding yourself from enemies, and do daily tasks." She said with confidence, but she was sure someone was watching her.
The spellcaster in training picked up his staff and began. The Shaman started with enchantments to awaken his magic side. From there she thought simple defense spells such as barriers. "Focus on your staff Ami. You must be one with it."Moria lectured. Ami could fell the power in him but it was to much for home to control. Seeing him struggle The Shaman give various examples. When the sun started to set, Ami had learned a few techniques. The final spell was the conceal spell. "For this last technique you must also focus on what you want to happen. Ami took a breath and focused. Ok focus Ami focus. I need to focus. I must disguise myself. He started to meditate. The room started to emitted the green light from his staff. It got brighter and brighter until ball of light consumed him. He screwed up. I sense it. Moria thought to get self. The light cleared up. "Ami? Is that you?", she said starting to smile. The shaman walked over to him. Moria started to chuckle. "Well changing yourself into a girl is a smart technique but it seems that you have fainted." She examined Ami with his new body. His body was slimmer, his hair was lengthened. This will be interesting. I'm wondering he's going to change back. She picked up his staff and instantly felt that presence again. It's closer. The presence is stronger now. A black ominous mist surrounded the floor. Moria felt something touch her shoulder. Raising the staff she let out an burst of energy that surrounded the temple. The Shaman spoke. "You have been watching us for awhile Necromancer. Show your self, we mean no harm. You cannot hide forever." From the dark corner from the room a slightly older woman cane out. She was wearing a similar dress as Moria's but, it's was tattered and torn. The strange woman spoke. "You have an immense knowledge of dark magic for a young woman. Put your guard down I'm not your enemy." Moria left her defensive stance. The woman continued. "I'm Nebra, the last of the Necromancers. I am very surprised that you know what one is..........Shaman the reason why I'm here to warn you about the heretic .", she said.
"Please go on Nebra, I'm Moria and this is my apprentice.......Ami. I can safely assume that you know why we are here.", Moria replied. She turned to Ami to see that he was still knocked out. Nebra sat down and spoke. "The heretic, with his followers are raiding city of Giza. They are dangerous. I fear that's only the beginning. Moria. Sit we have a lot to discuss." For the whole night they discussed about the heretic by morning the necromancer had to leave. The sun was about to rise. Nebra was facing the entrance of the spirits. She placed necklace in Moria's "Here take this with you Moria. It was a necklace worn by Ehther herself it will give you great power and I will be able to communicate with you." The necklace simple and delicate only a pink stone hung down.

"Thank you Nebra. I'll cherish it. Before you go I wish for you to help me with Ami. You have more knowledge than I. Will you ?", Moria pleaded.

"I will help in some cases. The rest is up to you. It is time for me to go now. I have to continue to control these spirits. Take care of Ami she will need it.", she said as she waved goodbye. When she fully stepped into the land of the spirits. Nebra instantly disappeared. The Shaman turn to Ami.
"Wake up Ami we have too much to do." Ami starts move around. "Moria how did I do ?",he said in a higher pitched voice.
