((Y/n)'s pov)

I happily picked up my darling baby boy, Prussia. He giggled as he latched himself onto my waist while I made my way inside our house.

Prussia is a year and 7 months old, I've been waiting for him to start talking but nothing yet.

I placed him into the highchair as I then started to make us some lunch. I took some Cheerios since he decided to not eat oatmeal anymore and placed them onto a paper plate. I hurriedly made myself a sandwich and made my way back over to him.

"Keskeskeskeskeskeskes!" He.... laughed? I hope this is just a phase. I placed the dish in front of him and we both ate our lunch with the tv going on about some new politician.

"The man says that the people voted for him because he was 'just that awesome'. Now, whether or not t-" I turned off the tv and signed. What has this generation turned into?

Prussia then started to whine a little. I quickly went over to him and tried to call him down but failing to.

"What's wrong?" I asked him as I then picked him up and brought him into his room. I placed him on top of his changing table and started to take off his diaper only to get my hands slapped away.

"Prussia." I said firmly as I took off his diaper. He only cried more as I then put him into a new one. What could be wrong? Maybe I should take him to the doctors, something could be seriously wrong.

I hurriedly went to the car, put him in his car seat, and drove him to the hospital.

. . . Timeskip. . .

As we pulled into the drive way I could feel tears prickling my eyes. The doctor said that there was nothing wrong with him and that he's just throwing a tantrum. What kind of tantrum lasts over an hour?! The only time my ears got a break was when he started to cry himself to sleep. I wonder what made him like this though, this is so unlike him. Maybe this has something to do with that weird noise he makes when he's happy.

I softly took him out of the car and made my way inside the house. I gently put him down in his crib, when suddenly, he awoke.
"Keskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskesksskeskeskeskeskeskssksskssksskeskesksskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeekeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskeskekes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Prussia? I questioned, starting to get a little bit afraid. What if he's saying some evil voodoo chant? I watched as he then grabbed onto the sides of the crib and crawled closer to me. He reached his cubby little hands out and I grabbed them and planted kisses on them. He giggled at me, not that weird thing but an actual giggle.

"Oh Prussia." I said to him with a smile.

"Aw... awe...."

"Awe?" I questioned, he looked at me as if I hurt his feeling and went back to.... saying something? Wait, could he be trying to say his first word?!

"Awesssssssss..."

"Awes?" What could he be tying to say?

"Awesome!" I looked at him dumbfounded as he said his first word, awesome. Not mama, mother, or mommy. Awesome.

"Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!" He repeated happily as he then did that weird noise and started to get under his blanket.

"Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!" He repeated happily as I sighed and kissed his forehead.

"You're awesome Prussia, very awesome." I whispered into his ear. He laughed at me, as if he knew what I was saying. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and started to make my way to my room, with the words 'awesome' being heard down the hallway.

Well, one things for sure, I am not voting for that politician! Look what he's done! I wanted him to say mama first! Not awesome! I sighed as I got into my bed. At least he's learning though, he's growing up so fast....

I then fell into a deep sleep, but when I woke up the next day, knew that the word 'awesome' was never going to go away in this house.
