Sorry (Jungwoo X Reader)

Paradise

(AN- I realized I made a mistake, in one of my previous chapters, I said that you received a letter from Taeyong, as he was one of your childhood friends, but obviously I forgot, and I mentioned him in the last chapter as a student. So I changed the writer of the letter to Lucas)

After rapidly closing the door, you turned around and looked at Doyoung. You wanted to laugh for some odd reason. He looked back at you, and opened his mouth to speak.

"H-"

You interrupted him as you began to laugh. He tilted his head a little bit, whilst smiling in confusion. You fell to the floor, you were as clueless as him. Why were you laughing? There was nothing in particular that was funny. He began laughing too, because you were. 

"I'm so sorry" You said in between laughs. 

"Why are you laughing?" He asked still laughing a bit.

"I honestly don't know" You said as you finally calmed down, and walked over to your bed. You sat down, and fell back. Doyoung got up and laid next to you.

"It's around five, do you want food?" Doyoung asked.

"Of course I do, does it look like I was crying?" You asked. Doyoung looked at you, and studied your face. 

"No, not at all" He said smiling.

You both got up, but noticed Doyoung's shirt was really wet from your crying. 

"Ooh ooh, wear this" You said, giving him the shirt that you couldn't let go of only five minutes earlier.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Yes I am" You said.

"Well, then here, I have another surprise for you" He said as he searched through his bag. He pulled out an identical shirt, which was in your size. You smiled from ear to ear, as you quickly changed into the shirt. The both of you were comfortable with each other, so changing wasn't as awkward together. 

"Okay let's go" Doyoung said as he put his hand out for you to hold. You gladly took his hand, and the two of you left your room. Of course, you remembered to close it. 

"Oh hey, are you guys going to eat?" you heard Wendy's voice from behind you. You turned around, and she had just exited her room with Yoongi, and Mina.

"Yeah" Doyoung said.

"Oh, you guys should try a restaurant thats a couple of streets away" Mina said.

"How have you already tried food, we've been here for like an hour" You said.

"Oh I haven't tried it, I just want you and Doyoung to go there, and tell me what the food tastes like, I want to eat there, but I don't want to be disappointed" She said. You and Doyoung laughed.

"Sure we'll try it, which one is it?" Doyoung asked. Mina explained where she saw it, and what it looked like, so the two of you were off. The elevator was about to close when someones hand popped right through the door, making it open again. It was Jaehyun.

"Sorry guys, we're actually heading to eat" He said, as the three of them rushed into the elevator. You smiled as you pressed the lobby floor. The elevator went down slowly. You noticed Jungwoo staring at the floor. You didn't mention it, but someone else did.

"Jungwoo why are you staring at the floor" Doyoung asked laughing a bit.

"Oh sorry, I just noticed you and y/n, are basically matching all the way" He said looking up at Doyoung. Doyoung looked at you, then down at himself.

"Oh, we are" You said chuckling. The elevator finally made it to the lobby floor,  the five of you got off, and you and Doyoung went off in the direction Mina said. Shortly after, you spotted the small restaurant Mina talked about. You walked in, and a lady greeted you with a warm smile.

"Ah hello, are you eating here, or to go?" She said in a different language. You looked at her confused. She realized that you couldn't understand her, so she spoke in a different language. 

"Can you understand me now?" She asked in a very strong english. You knew a little english, so you also responded in a very broken english accent.

"Ah, yes, sorry we, Korea" You said almost laughing at yourself. 

"Oh okay! Would you like a table for two? or will it be to go?" She asked again smiling warmly. 

"Doyoung do you want to eat here or?" You asked. 

"Let's eat here, look the view is nice" He said pointing to the open deck area, which showed a beautiful teal lake. You quickly turned back to the lady.

"Ah, eat here" You said, smiling. 

"Great, follow me" She said. The two of you followed her and she sat you at a table which allowed you to view the lake. You thanked her, and she handed you some menus. 

You looked at the menu but then something caught the corner of your eye. You looked up, and saw Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Taeyong. They were greeted by the same lady, and looked as confused as you were. 

"Doyoung look" You said as you pointed. He turned around and looked. He laughed at them, then returned his attention to you. He rested his head on his hand, as he stared at you. 

"Yes?" You asked blushing. 

"Nothing" He said as he returned to the menu. You laughed as you finally decided what you would eat. The lady sat down the three boys near you, as she felt like you guys knew each other.

"Oh hey guys" Jaehyun said as he sat down. You greeted him, then the lady came over to your table, after handing them their menus.

"Have you picked an order?" She asked sweetly.

"Uh I have, the ah, Laksa" Doyoung said in english as best he could. She wrote it down.

"And to drink?"

"We two, have a soda. Uh" He said, looking at you for which drink to pick.

"Sprite" You said. She wrote it down.

"And what would you like to eat?"

"I have, bak kut teh" You said. She wrote it down, and left to get the food done. You and Doyoung took pictures of the view, and occasionally of yourselves. 

"So y/n what do you want to do when you grow up?" Doyoung asked.

"Well, I want to do something with music, but ever since I was little, i've always been fascinated by the ocean. Is that weird?"

"No not at all, in fact, I believe you could be a famous star in the day, and a diver who holds the Guinness record for the deepest thats been dived in the night" He said holding your hands.

"Aw, thank you" You said as you looked down in embarrassment. He laughed and gripped onto your hands tighter.

(AN- I don't exactly know any Singaporean food, so I just used what I saw when I searched it up. If there is anything wrong, please let me know, also, it was very hard for me to write the broken english part lmao)
