Zinna rubbed her sleepy eyes before taking a deep breathe before getting out of her Tesla. Tired was an understatement, but money had to be made today. She today she was sporting a matching Navy blue Nike tech suit, with her chestnut ugg boots.
She locked her car door unlocking the door to the shop. She sighed feeling the heat from the shop hit her. It was 6 in the morning and should would rather be in bed cuddled up to David right now, but her job came first right now.
She set all her belonging down in her office before connecting her phone to the blue tooth speaker. She pulled out all her styling tools placing it on the white marble counter top of her station. Hearing the bell chime to the door of the shop she looked up to see Bali walking in the door.
"Hey girl." Bali placed a kiss to her cheek before placing all her things down on her station.
"Hey loves. How you feeling this morning?" Zinna looked up from her phone and turned the chair to look at Bali.
"Good, but I would rather be in my bed of my feet. I hope this doesn't take us all day long to this party. What time are they coming in?"
"Umm at 6:30. I order some Starbucks that should be delivered soon." Right on time the bell chimed again and chatter filled the whole shop. Praying that her feet don't give out on her, Zinna lifts herself out the chair.

She sung the song swaying my hips side to side while doing her last face of the day. Her and Bali was able to knock off doing hair, nails, and make up in 4 hours. Zinna made sure that the concealer was blended in perfectly with her foundation.
She felt her phone vibrating, but she decided on waiting until her clients were out the door. She placed the baking powder where the concealer was. She placed the highlight and contour on before wiping the powder. She grabbed the lip pencil outlining her lips and placing on a shimmering lip gloss with a tint of pink.
When she was done Zinna let out a sigh of relief. She was happy that she was almost done and she could go home and cuddle under David.
"Here is the $7,000 that I owe both of you ladies." The bride to be placed the money in Zinna's hand. The first thing Zinna did was count the money to make sure that nothing was missing.
"Have fun at your wedding and show me pictures when you come back." Zinna shouted when they were walking out the door.
"I will, you ladies have a good day." She shouted back
"You too." Zinna handed Bali the half of the money before grabbing her things from her office. She looked down at the message that David had seen her.
David: Meet me at 1934 5th street
Furrowing her eyebrows Zinna placed on her black bubble jacket zipping it up. This cold was nothing to play with and for as long as Zinna been here she still wasn't used to it. She would rather be in the heat than all this cold.
She walked back into the front of the salon to see Bali getting ready to leave.
"Sis I hope your day goes good cause my bed and Netflix is calling my name. See you Monday girl. Love you be safe."
"Love you too and drive safe on those roads." She nodded before leaving the salon.
Zinna walked around the shop to make sure everything was locked and turned off. She kept thinking about the text David sent her and she couldn't think about what he had in plan for her. She placed her purse on her shoulder as she locked the doors to the salon. Before she carefully ran to her car.
Once she got in she ran her hands down her body trying to warm herself. She put the address into her gps before setting off to the location.
When she made it to her location she noticed it was a hotel and another ding from her phone went off. She looked down to see another message from David.
David: Go to room 703
Walking into the hotel she admired all the art and different designs displayed throughout the lobby. Getting into the elevator she picked the last button which was 7 before slightly dancing to the music playing in the elevator.
Walking into the hallway she noticed it wasn't that many rooms on this level. Looking at the number she walked down the hallway reading each number until she reached the number she was looking for.

She tried the handle and noticed the door was unlock. When she stepped foot into the room she noticed all the lights were off and the only light in the room was coming from candles on the ground.
She looked down seeing a trail of roses walking throughout the whole penthouse. She followed the trial until she came up to the living room coffee table. She looked down to see a huge brown bear sitting on the table with a note attached.
Something for you to hold onto whenever I'm not onside of you at night.
She picked up the bear sniffing it taking in the Gucci cologne that David always wore. She loved the scent and she would definitely be holding onto the bear whenever he wasn't on side of her.
She continued to follow the trail and noticed a bouquet of roses. She looked down at the color falling in love. It had a rose gold tint with hints of gold flowers added into the mix.
Walking into what she figured was the bedroom she noticed roses spelling out words on the bed. There was seafood on the table onside of the window that showcased the whole city. She walked up close to the bed before reading what it said.
You are almost there baby girl.
She turned to the bathroom where music was playing softly. She walked to the door feeling tears in her eyes. Nobody has every did anything like this for her and seeing someone willing to do this for her.
Walking into the bathroom she noticed the tub was filled with bubbles and roses. There was chocolate covered strawberries and champagne on the counter.
" Baby girl you are the best thing that happened to me. You changed my outlook on love and who would've known the man that didn't give any females a second look will be right here right now. Confessing his love to a woman he met by accident. You changed my life completely and for that I wanna shower you with love and affection for the rest of our lives."
Zinna turned around to see David on one knee. He held a velvet black box that held a diamond ring. She placed her hands to her mouth before feeling tears rush to her eyes.
"Zinna.........."

Ya'll gonna hate me for that lil cliffhanger. But ole well ya'll survive.
This was just a filler chapter which means it was really boring. But, more drama is to come and ya'll finna hate me. But, it's ok ya'll gonna get over it. -
