China P.O.V
China sat in the car as she watched from a distant as Maya drove to the murder scene again. She knew that this was solid evidence to get Maya locked up but she needed something to get them both locked up for a long time.
What caused China to be amazed was that Maya showed up to the murder scene with a bucket, some bleach, and some towels. Nobody knew about where her grandpa was killed at, all the police informed the family was that he was murdered from blunt force trauma.
"I need something to make her confess." China threw her head back onto the seat before closing her eyes. She has been working herself extremely hard these past couple of days following Maya in hopes of strong enough evidence.
All the evidence that she collected was pictures of Maya in front of Zinna's salon on multiple occasions, her appearing at the murder scene, and also footage of her buying a ski mask, black gloves, and some rope.
The ringing of the phone caught China's attention. She pressed the answer button that was placed on the steering wheel to answer her phone.
"Hello?" China leaned back watching Maya walk in and out the house.
"Hey baby. How is your investigation going?" Blake's voice rang through the phone causing China to instantly perk up. She jolted from her slouched position and a smile laced on her face.
"Blake it is going horrible. I have enough evidence to lock up Maya for 5 years minimum, but I need some evidence to make sure that they spend the rest of their lives in jail."
China was so focused on this case that she grew random headaches throughout the day. She never really felt this connected to a case, but since it was involving her blood family; she knew she had to give them justice. Her mama or grandpa didn't ask to be killed especially in that way, by someone that you loved dearly and you'll give them your heart if you had to.
"First of mamas I can't have you stressing out like that. It isn't good for your health. You are intelligent, I seen you able to manipulate someones mind that you could get the answers out them. You have to think out the box with this case. You grew up with them, so you should know something to get them to confess." China smiled getting the perfect idea.
"I just got the best idea, I think it could work. I could get both of them to confess and play it in court, when I decide to take them down."
"Call me tonight baby, I have to pick up Jr. right now. I got some issues to handle with you later." China laughed and shook her head.
"Okay daddy, whatever you say." She smirked knowing that name always did something to him.
"Keep playing if you want to. Watch when you get home. I have to go baby I love you."
"I love you Blake." She hung up the phone before grabbing her phone sending a quick text to the last person she ever thought she'll talk to again.
To Maya: I know it's been a while, but I really need to talk to me.
From Maya: Okay, meet me at the new restaurant Layla's at 6:30.
China smirked to herself before driving towards the prison. She just hoped that her plan would work and she wouldn't be caught slipping.

Walking into the visitation room China observed the blank wall before walking to the table near the window. She sat in the cold metal chair feeling chills run down her body. She grabbed the new tape recorder that she received. It was thin, so you could be able to hide it in your clothes. It connected straight to a police radio, letting them hear your conversation.
She slid the tape recorder in her sleeve before leaning back into the chair. She took deep breathes so she could bring herself into character. Since they only understood crazy, she was finna act crazy.
"Ya'll could hear me?" She asked feeling a vibration from the machine. The vibration was their way of communicating back to her.
She watched as the women walked out in lines with chains around their legs and wrist. She noticed Bali with a huge smile on her face noticing it was her sitting down.
Bali smirked as she sat down in the chair across China grasping her hands together making the chains clatter together.
"If it isn't my dear twin China. What can I do for you Miss. Bougie?" China took a deep breathe before going into character.
"I hate how you call me bougie. I'm really now. I'm just like you." China smiled causing a frown to be placed on Bali's face.
"If I remember correctly, you left the house claiming we were crazy." China shook her hand rapidly.
"No, what actually happened that night was that me and mama got into an argument because I felt as if she wasn't treating you and Maya right and she kicked me out. I never wanted ya'll to stay with her because she was loco." China expressed causing the frown to fall of Bali's face.
"I can't believe I judged you and held a sense of hatred for you when all you was doing was trying to help me. I'm truly sorry China." China jumped for joy inside but kept herself calm on the outside.
"I accept your apology because who would believe their mother would do something like that. You remember that promise we made when we were 10?" China brought back the promise knowing this was where she was gonna get her lead from.
"Yep. That no matter what I'll always have your back." She smiled before grabbing my hands into hers.
"So, I went to this salon called Black Barbie looking for you. The owner and her best friend threatened me that they'll kill me the same way that they killed grandpa and mama." China spoke sniffling wiping the fake tears that fell down her face.
"Girl they lying." Bali laughed while releasing her hands and leaned back in the chair gasping for air. Whatever she knew couldn't be that funny.
"What?"
"I killed grandpa and mama. They were in my way of becoming successful because they were always on my case about not taking my medicine." Bali whispered as she leaned into me.
The doors to the visitation room bust opened reveling the NYPD with handcuffs in their hands. They came and handcuffed Bali while reading her Miranda Rights to her. China scrunched up her face in confusion because how was she going to jail if she's already in jail.
"Baby you did great." China grew excited hearing the baritone voice of her husband. She turned around quickly wrapping her arms around her. She missed him dearly.
"What's going on? Where they taking her? I'm still supposed to go meet Maya." China scrunched up her face in confusion because she was confused about what was going on.
"We have a confession from Bali about the murders of your mother and grandpa. Maya couldn't take the guilt anymore and confessed to helping Bali with 10 murders. Both of them getting sent down south where they will be sentenced. Looks like they ain't getting nothing less than Life." He kissed her lips causing a laugh to escape her lips.
"I have to call Zinna, give me a moment." He nodded before walking away to talk to the chief of the police station.
China face held a huge smile as she placed the phone to her ear. It felt like a relief to her that it was finally over. The craziness that she has been running away from for years were finally over.
"Hello?" Zinna's soft voice spoke through the phone.
"It's over."
