One
I stood there next in line waiting for what would soon be the best moment of my life. I stared at those blue orbs that I would soon be looking straight into. The cute tooth gap that accompanied the ocean eyes glistening above the perfect smile laid on the angelic face. The other boys looking as good as they always do. They didn't catch my eyes like he did though. He was perfect. He was him.
Two
They all had just said their final goodbyes to the girl before me. She seemed sweet unlike some girls. But I was more focused on what was ahead of me. I could see the sparkle in his smile as he said goodbye to her. He was so kind. He's amazing. I just had the thought that he is perfect, how could I ever compete with that, I would never have a chance with him. At least I have this opportunity to be in his arms.
Three
I took a step forward, my stomach lurching forward as well. My brain was swirling with emotions, excitement, love, fear. In seconds I would soon be in his soft embrace. It would be like home. He is my home. I hope my home likes me. He hadn't turned to look at me yet as I took that one step forward, he was occupied with his best friends that he chose to live out his dream with.
Four
Two more steps, my stomach basically in knots at this point. He had started to turn my way, I made eyes contact with Jonah and Zach, Jack was also looking my way, but I kept my attention on the one in front of me. I couldn't wait to be able to finally hug him and let him know how much he means to me. He is truly an angel.
Five
Two more steps, in one second I will be in his arms. He had finally turned my way and his smile had widened. A grin on my face and my eyes sparkling looking into his. I was blessed just to have his presence. His blue orbs looked deep into my eyes as if searching for something. He cared about his fans, I can tell. Well I care about him too. That's why I'm here, I get to finally hug the one I care about so much.
Six
Two more steps, and I was correct, I'm practically in his arms, but not quiet all the way, his arms outstretched to meet my open ones, his smile a bit brighter along with his eyes. I haven't even been hugged by him, but just being this close makes me feel safe--comforted. I was almost there, almost home. His smile welcomed me back to the place I had never been. How can I love someone I've never met?
Seven
The moment had finally arrived, his embrace, his warm arms wrapped around me, not tight just yet, but about to be, I could tell. But even this was just enough, it was perfect, he was- is - perfect. His arms around me, mine around him, the best feeling, refreshing almost.
Eight
His arms now tightly wrapped around me and doing his signature squeeze that popped my back. But I returned the tight embrace. I hugged him like there was no tomorrow, because it's like there isn't one when I'm not with him. He makes me happy,he makes me calm. I felt safe in his arms. I could tell he was smiling big by the way his chin was on the top of my head. I was smiling too, into his chest. I was smiling the biggest I ever had.
Nine
The hug was not over, this is by far the best hug I've ever received, but there was still a surprise coming. The sweet sound of his voice traveled to my ears. They spoke words that meant the world to me. "I love you" I almost choked as those words came out, my embrace was tighter around him as I listened to the rhythm of his heart. He is perfect. He is an angel. He is Daniel Seavey.
