S.H.I.E.L.D has three different meanings. Supreme Headquarters International Espionage Law-Enforcement Division, which it was originally called. Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage and Logistics Directorate. Which it is actually called. Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division. Which it has been reffered to as in for example Iron Man.
I actually remember all three of those in my head and took around three minutes to learn them! Sorry I had to brag a little about that. I'm proud of myself. XD
