Chapter 6
I sighed as I took a seat in the way back where I noticed most of the kids stay away from. 'At least I might be able to claim the back seats of my classes, if I'm lucky...' I thought as I heard kids whispering about how weird I looked. I simply decided to ignore them and if they took their issues up with me I would personally give them a piece of my mind. After a few minutes the kids went silent.
"Ok class, let's get started on today's project." The female teacher said.
"But Mrs. Shade, there's a new kid in this class. Shouldn't she introduce herself?" One of the kids asked and the teacher looked towards the back to see me.
"Right, I was unaware of our new student. Please come up, Miss."Mrs. Shade said and I scoffed as I stood up and went to the front of the class.
"Ok first before I introduce myself this is going towards all the other kids in this school. If you got issues with me, as in my clothing and what not, take it up with me. And I promise that nothing will happen, as in harm wise. And no I'm not friendly with other's. Now that's out of the way...My name is LJ Light, and yes its a stupid last name but I was adopted into a family. No asking about my past and I wont with any of you." I said with no emotion and I heard some kids whispering about me being a weirdo and a freak.
"Go ahead with hateful names for they won't do you any good." I said and went back to the seat I officially declared as my own.
"Ok, now that is done, does anyone want to be Miss Light's partner for this project?" Mrs. Shade asked.
