Chapter 1
I sighed as I looked out the back window watching the trees, clouds, other cars, and all kinds of stuff go pass our small car. As before my name is LJ Unknown and I am moving to a new city with my new family. They thought it would be a good idea for us to move to a place full of people. I sighed knowing the true reason behind the move. They wanted me to be more social with others.
"LJ, sweety, are you ok? Are you hungry? We can stop at a restaurant for some food." My step mom, Margie, asked worried about me. I looked at her with my blackish red eyes and slightly nodded. I tend not to really speak much because of my past, I really wasnt treated well while growing up for the past 16 years.
"Please talk to us, honey. We know that you dont like to speak but you must in order for us to know stuff." Margie said looking at me with her bright blue eyes that always show the goodness within her.
"S-sorry....I-I'm n-not used to talkin yet..." I said quietly still not yet used to the whole talkin to a carin parent yet. Margie sighed and looked at her husband, Salvic, who was driving.
"Hon, I think we should stop to get food for us all. We still got a few hours before we get to New York City." Margie said ( yep you read correctly she said New York City home of the TMNT).
"Ok cupecakes, we'll stop at the next fast food joint we come across." Salvic said and I slightly growled under my breathe.
"They dont call them that anymore, Salvic." I muttered. I knew it seemed mean but it was the truth. We are living in the 21st century after all. It would make since to use the modern word than what they called it back in the old days.
"Ok, LJ, no need to be a little smart butt!" Salvic said laughing but was glad to hear me talk willingly this time around unlike the many times I was forced to talk.
"You'll love your new school, LJ. I heard it was the best school to go to in New York." Margie said.
"Yea for the preps of hell..." I muttered under breathe so she wouldnt hear what I said. (Ok let me explain I have been to many schools that were supposed to help me per-say and it turned out to be the worst for me. I was picked on and much worse while there. So I have very little hope that I'll fit in at this school.)
