"Ow!" Newt let out a small cry of pain "please don't just jump... all of a sudden."

Tina beamed goofily and sat down "sorry, I just... got excited."

Newt also sits up and smiled shyly. "Thank you," he said after settle himself down "thank you, Tina, for agreeing to marry me..."

Tina tilted her head smiling. Newt looked into her eyes and said "well, it was a wee bit of shock to me..."

"What!?" Tina asked in surprise "what do you mean by 'wee bit of shock'!"

"Well, I really didn't think that you would say 'yes' as soon as I asked you..." Newt smiled awkwardly "neither I thought I would ask you this sooner... I mean I was trying to keep it hidden but it revealed anyway..."

Newt's confession makes Tina laugh. She shook her head smiling and asked "why do you want to hide it in the first place?"

"Well, I was just waiting for the right moment and..." Newt exhaled "I was just wondering how should I ask you for this... I mean I was making a speech inside of my head and that was pretty organized rather than the one I said earlier -"

"Newt," Tina said placing a hand on his cheek "whatever you said... it was perfect, you're not like others and you don't need to be. You are perfect with your own way... with your creatures... and that's why I love you so much!"

Newt smiled a little and leaned forward whispering "I love you, too Ms. Goldstein."

Tina beamed and answer his statement with a kiss, which Newt replied passionately.

They pulled back a few seconds later, gasping for air. Tina looked at his hand and snatched the ring box from him. Opening it, she said "it is so beautiful - so, do I have to put it by myself?"

"Oh no," Newt replied chuckling "I could do that -"

Tina stretched her finger and Newt put the beautiful diamond ring. Tina was adoring the ring when someone said from the door.

"Congratulations!"

Both Newt and Tina got surprised and looked at the source of the voice and saw Theseus was standing there, leaning at the doorframe, smirking.

They stood up immediately as Tina was practically sitting on Newt's lap, because they fell down at the floor while hugging a moment ago.

"Well, I didn't know that you two were dating... though I always suspected," Theseus came inside saying and looked around the room "did you two make this mess!"

The last comment from Theseus turned Newt and Tina inhuman shades of red.

"Oh, don't blush," Theseus said watching them blushing "I do know some things," he winked.

"How did you get here?" Newt managed to ask, shoving his embarrassment away "I remember, I enchanted this place so that no one could apparate right inside!"

"I found your front door wide open when I got here and I thought you might be in trouble, so I came inside and..." Theseus stopped and looked at Newt to Tina and Tina to Newt "I saw you two we making out... so, I thought I must not ruin your moment. I waited until you two were done and then, you proposed Ms. Goldstein."

Theseus waited for them to respond but as they didn't he continued "congratulations, by the way. Did Mum know? If not, then you must tell her Newt, she would be more than happy - oh I almost forgot, talking about Mum, I'm here to inform you that, she invited you two for dinner before Ms. Goldstein leave for New York...." He looked at Tina "or are you leaving really?" He winked and said "anyway, I'm leaving for Ministry, hope I'll see you guys tonight at Mum's party, goodbye." Saying that Theseus left smiling and waving bye to them.
