1. First, tell me WHY do you want ro learn Japanese??
well, watching anime is the main reason but keep in mind that Japan is not what you look from it's Jpop or anime. Japan is Different form that.
2. Are you determined?
Well, motivation is important but determination is what will make cross the brodest river and highest mountain!
I actually have a story of my own self about it!
3. Learning
I know learning Japanese is really hard, but the younger you learn a language, the more fluent you're at it.
4. Order
I learn Japanese in this order
[Little Vocabulary → writing → grammar → More vocabulary and then I'll move onto my speaking skills name pronunciation, as Japanese's writing is hard for me!]
But learn in an order that's suits you!
Most language we learn vocabulary in the same side as grammar!
Like in a chapter of a book, for example, we've a comprehension, which have new words for us, and from that we explore more about the language!
5. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!
I think keeping a dictionary with you is important. And keep in mind, practice whenever you can,

Try to make online friend neither Japanese, That'll helpful!
Tips!!!:
∆ Spends at least 5% minutes a day to practice, I always choose to practice my writing and reading during this time!
∆ Study with interest!! I'm funny, fooling around typed do I guess learn together with me would be easier and Fun!
