you can't help but laugh. Today was the day that the both of us were going to meet each others parents. Shawn's parents , Karen & Manuel are really cool people from what I heard. My parents on the other hand , well , I think that they would freak out at anything.
We first went to Shawn's house because Shawn suggested that if anything happened. His parents are easier to deal with.
10 minutes after , we reached his parents house. Both of them were already expecting us. As soon as we stepped out of the car , the both of them welcome us with open arms. We all got along so well ! Just like any other family they wanted to know the deets of how we met and stuff like that. Oh and Shawn's mum showed me some embarassing photos of Shawn which was so damn cute.
" hi guys , what did I miss " Shawn's sister , Aaliyah said. " Aaliyah !! " Shawn exclaimed. " Aaliyah meet Penelope. Penelope Aaliyah. " Shawn continued. We both greeted each other and talked for a little bit.
Now that we're done with Shawn's parents we decided to head to mine. I was a really nervous and stressed out on the way. I am an only child in the house , therefore my dad has been really strict about having boys coming into my life or even coming over to our house.
Shawn noticed that I kept fidgeting around with my hands and just looked flustered. Shawn immediately held my hands to calm me down. He had one hand on the steering wheel , the other holding my hand.
Awhile later , we reached my parents house. My parents opened the door seconds after I knocked it. " OH BABY !! YOU'RE BACK !! " Penelope's Mum said. They both gave me a tight hug to realize that a man was standing beside me. My mum pulled me back and asked " whos this young handsome looking man here ? "
" Hi , Mrs Garcia ! I'm Shawn. Penelope's boyfriend. " he stated.
