The Foolish Protector Chapter 8

As I, Sir Laban Bell, watched Teigra screaming, I went to King Kinny and Queen Lynn and said,"Your highness, I must suggest we take action." and as I canceled out Guardian's spell with my own putting a force field on her body so she wouldn't escape, I said,"We must either kill her or do something about this slime, and we must do it quick.". King Kinny went into thought then Sharon ran to me and said to Kinny,"Sir Kinny, we need more time! We need to try and remove the virus from her!"then Lon said,"But, how are we gonna do that, Sharon? We--",suddenly, as Teirga suddenly disappeared, her body slowly started to mutate into a monastery; a terrify creature with bent lengthy arms and legs, with sharp claws, drooling sharp and long teeth, and made a ear piercing and horrible shriek. 

I knew it would come to this but as I tried to aim for her, Princess Neci blocked me and I shouted,"Your highness! Get outta my way! I must kill her!",but she stood there with those serious blood eyes; the eyes that sometimes feel like I'm looking into my own soul. I yelled again for her to step aside, but she didn't move and King Kinny commanded I stand down, and said that Guardian and I try to contain Teirga before she breaks free. I stared at Neci for a few seconds then did as I was ordered. Guardian and I put a temporary spell on her to keep her contained, then King Kinny asked,"What are we gonna do, Lon? How can we help her? We can't feed her anything or else it'll get stronger and kill her!,"then I shouted,"Your highness! We must kill her now or else it will get stronger and kill more!"but then he seriously looked at me and yelled,"Think, Laban! If we kill her we'd not only be murdering a innocent person, but also we'd be letting a demon slug out to infect more people! It could be too small and too fast for us to catch in time!". 

I stared at King Kinny and then looked at the slowly changing body of Teigra and thought about how much damage she would do if we set her free, but Kinny said that we must help her, though i could only wonder why should we, when she could at any second kill us. Neci spoke,"We must help her, Laban. It is our way. We must help those in need. Just like they helped you.", but even as she spoke those words, protecting the kingdom was the only thing I could think of, then Sharon spoke,"Wait! Wait! Laban. Please. Give us some time to find a cure. There must be someway to get the slime out. Surgery would have maybe been the best option at first, but it seems too late and we was worried that removing it might kill her. So, please. Give us sometime.". 

I stared at Sharon then at the others who all seemed to be on his side; they are insane to keep helping her but I must obey his request, then I said,"You have one hour before I decide to execute her."then he tried to argue with me about the time and I said again,"One hour! No more. No less."and I walked away and waited. Suddenly, I heard a fight in the emergency room and tried to run in but suddenly, Teigra came flying out through the door, crashed into the wall, and Guardian came in after  then said,"Quickly, Laban! Stop her before she escapes!" and I quickly dropped my staff, made strong sickles appear in my hands, and tried to make her surrender to me. I first pointed my sickle at her and yelled."Lady Teigra! I command you to stop or I will be forced to beat the tar outta you! Princess Neci and the others may feel sympathy towards you, but I will stop at nothin--",suddenly, she growled and tried to attack me, but Guardian used a force spell and pushed her through the wall then said,"You may want to shut up and actually try to stop her. Unfortunately, Laban, I'm not allowed to aid you anymore. It is up to you and the royal family to stop her.". 

I looked at Guardian for a bit, then I removed my mask and walked to Teigra; again I demanded her to stand down or else I would be force to fight her, but again she only growled at me. Suddenly, Neci appeared in front of her and I demanded her to move, but with her arms crossed, she slowly looked at me with the blood red eyes of anger, and she must be getting ready to kill Teigra. I thought about it and figured that's what she was gonna do, and saw she was trying to get through her, and Neci said,"Teigra! If you are in there at all. Please.... try to get control and defeat this monster. I don't want to kill you, but if we can't help you, I'll be forced to relocate you to a empty dimension.". What! Relocate? Why? She must be stopped!  I grabbed Neci's arm and said,"Are you mad, your highness? We must-",then she pulled her arm away from me and said,"Shut up, Laban!", then she slowly looked down and I noticed blood was dripping from her face.
