Something Entirely New

Steven's POV

I was sitting in my room taking a nap drifting in and out of sleep. The I woke up and sat up cause I heard a loud boom, I got up and walked outside. I stood next to Pearl, Garnet, Lapis, and Peridot. Connie ran over with Lion and her sword, "Steven what is going on", I shrugged and looked up and my stomach dropped and filled with fear. Yellow Diamond was here and she had whatever the heckle that is.^picture at the top^. I looked at Garnet who had her fist clenched, Pearl looked worried, and Ame....oh ya she's not here. I looked at the ships again and saw the large yellow hand flying in front. I squinted at the ship and noticed it was dented, I turned to Lapis "Lapis I need to know, did you attack them", Lapis scoffed "of course I did it's a Diamond, and then when I hit it a third time it flung, and then all these other ships came out of no where". I thought for a while then all the ships shot down at us, I put a large enough shield up to block them. We where under heavy fire and my shield wouldn't last much longer. Suddenly it was silent, we looked and only the large hand ship was there. I put my shield down as the ship landed, it slowly opened up, we where all ready to fight. Then Amethyst stepped off "hey guys, miss me", we all dropped our weapons and ran and tackle hugged Amethyst. Lapis stared at the ship "Amethyst why do you have a Diamond ship", we all turned to Amethyst. "Well it's not mine it's Yellow's, she gave me a ride here", Garnet looked at the ship "Amethyst you brought a Diamond here". Amethyst sighed "Garnet look me in the eyes and ask me that again", Garnet took off her glasses and was about to speak then stopped "Amethyst.....your eyes". Amethyst smiled awkwardly, "ya, I'm a Diamond too", everyone stared in silence. She slowly stopped smiling "guys what's wrong do you not like me anymore cause I'm a Diamond". Pearl looked at Garnet, we all did Amethyst looked towards the ground. We could see another gem running up behind Amethyst, it was Skinny. She knelt down next too Amethyst "sis you okay", Skinny asked worried. Amethyst looked up at us like she was mad "Skinny we're leaving, I can tell when I'm not wanted", Amethyst turned around to leave. "AMETHYST" I called out to her, she turned around and glared at me "Amethyst we don't hate you we where just shocked", she just scoffed "I can understand that from you Steven, but not the rest of them, maybe Ruby...but not the others". I looked at the others but none of them stepped up, Amethyst started walking away again "I told you they didn't care", as she started walking away a flash of light made her stop. Ruby ran past us and up to Amethyst, she didn't say anything she just hugged her. "Even if they aren't glad your back I am", Amethyst looked down "but why", Ruby laughed slightly and broke the hug looking Amethyst in the eyes "because when me and Sapphy where having problems, you where there for me and I'll never forget that....promise". Amethyst smiled and hugged Ruby "thanks", Ruby hugged her back "your welcome". The two where like this for a moment before they jumped apart "HEY IT'S OKAY IT'S OKAY YOUR WELCOME", the two yelled in unison. They laughed at what they had just did and they did a little hand shake that we didn't know existed. Amethyst looked back at Yellow Diamond's ship and yelled "GUY'S COME HERE". Then Yellow and Blue Diamond stepped out, everyone was gonna freak out but Amethyst shushed us and pointed at a small sleeping green gem that Blue Diamond was holding. Amethyst looked from us to the Diamond's "Alright guys let the bonding commence", she shouted. Then Blue shushed her and pointed to the Green gem, Amethyst gave and awkward smile "oops, my bad", everyone else laughed quietly. I think we are gonna make something entirely new.
