Fall leaves

Y/N's pov

The leaves were changing color seeing all reds, yellows, and oranges on them Haru was trying to catch them as they fell from the trees Lilly was a little scared of them and would hide behind Tomoe whenever the leaves got near her. Tomoe said "it's alright Lilly the leaves aren't going to hurt you," Haru said "dad do you think I can go down to the pond with my friends today" Y/N looked at Tomoe with worry. Tomoe said "are you going to keep your tail and ears hidden, who will be taking you there, and who will be watching you," Haru said, "yes I will keep them hidden, their parents will be taking me there, and watching us". Y/N was relieved that Haru was going to be careful Tomoe patted Haru's head and told Haru that he could go but had to be back home before it got dark Haru agreed and went off to his friend's place. Tomoe walked over to Y/N wanting to know if she wanted anything Y/N asked Tomoe for some hot chocolate Y/N got up off the ground and walked on the shrine with Tomoe. Y/N walked into the living room and covered up with a blanket while Tomoe makes the hot chocolate after a while Tomoe walks out of the kitchen with the hot chocolate in his hand. Y/N grabbed the cup from Tomoe and drank some of the hot chocolate Tomoe sat down next to Y/N  and patted her head with a smile on his face Lilly was in her room playing with her toys. 

Tomoe's pov

All of us were outside watching the leaves fall from the trees and Haru tried catching them as for Lilly she would hide behind me if any of the leaves got near her and Y/N was sitting on the ground by the shrine. I said "it's alright Lilly the leaves aren't going to hurt you," Haru said "dad do you think I can go down to the pond with my friends today" I was worried that this would happen Y/N seemed more worried that I was but it was going to happen sooner or later. I said "are you going to keep your tail and ears hidden, who will be taking you there, and who will be watching you," Haru said, "yes I will keep them hidden, their parents will be taking me there, and watching us". I wanted Haru to be careful since he was going out with his friends I didn't want them to make fun of him for having ears and a tail, I patted Haru on his head with a smile I also told Haru that he had to be back home before dark. Haru nodded and ran off to his friend's place so he could go to the pond I looked over at Y/N and I walked over to her asking if she wanted me to get her anything to eat or drink. Y/N asked me if I could make her some hot chocolate, I nodded and helped her get up off the ground and we walked back into the shrine together I stayed in the kitchen to make Y/N's hot chocolate. While Y/N walked into the living room I heated some milk and put the chocolate powder in the cup, when the milk was done heating up I poured some into the cup and stirred it. I walked into the living room with the cup of hot chocolate in my hand seeing Y/N wrapped up in a blanket and sitting on the couch I handed Y/N the cup of hot chocolate as she took it from my hands Y/N took a few drinks of it. I sat down next to her on the couch still drinking her hot chocolate I patted her head as I smiled at her I heard Lilly playing in her room with some toys.
