Pandora:

When I leave the room without my cloak, I can feel Kari's death glare boring into my back. I decide to head back to the guild hall to hopefully find Gray. I really need to start remembering my cloak more often though.
I step out into the cool night and get about halfway to the guild hall when I'm jumped by four thugs who are apparently stupid enough to try and mug someone with wings, a tail, and a damn katana.
"Give us your money girl, or you're gonna be in a world of pain!" One of the guys threatens.
"Nice try, dumbass, but I think you're the one who's gonna be hurtin'!" I laugh, now excited at the thought of a fight.
"Pretty girl's got quite the mouth on her!" Another one of the thugs exclaims.
"Come at me fuckface!" I unsheathe my katana and smile at them.
"Get her boys!" The guy whom I assume in the leader shouts, at all four of the thugs rush at me. Within seconds, I've slit two of their throats, kicked another one so hard in the nuts that he fell in the river, and am on top of the leader in my tiger form, growling.
"Panda! What the hell do you think you're doing?!" Gray yells, running up to me from out of nowhere.
"Oh! Hi Gray!" I shift back to my human form and smile sweetly at him, while roughly yanking the leader up off the ground and holding my katana at his throat.
"Did you kill them all?!" Gray asks angrily.
"Well, the guy in the river might live." I answer.
"THERE'S ONE IN THE RIVER?!" Gray shouts. He then uses his ice magic to give the guy in the river a platform to sit on.
"Panda. Let him go." Gray commands, turning to me. I begrudgingly release the thug, who runs away in terror.
"Sorry." I apologize, although I'm not sure who I'm apologizing to.
"Don't tell me you had to kill them, I know that's not true." Gray says before I can explain myself.
"Old habits die hard. I'm working on it." I look down at the ground.
"Well, you let half of them live, so I guess that's an improvement." Gray murmurs, "Anyway, what are you doing out so late?"
"Um, I was gonna go to the guild hall, Lucy was getting really annoying." I reply.
"There's no one there." Gray says matter-of-factly. "But you can come to my place, if you want."
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
"Um, okay, sure."
Gray wraps his arm around my back, and leads me through Magnolia to his apartment. It's in a building that looks somewhat similar to mine, while the inside is sparsely decorated in mostly white and dark blue furniture. And there's clothes. Everywhere. They're on the floor, on the couch, on the desk, and even on the freaking ceiling fan, which is spinning slowly.
"Sorry, I wasn't expecting visitors." Gray apologizes for the mess as he adds to it, throwing his t-shirt and pants off, leaving him just in his underwear.
"It's fine, my room is way worse." I respond, not even phased by the mess, but his body, completely different story.
"Are you gonna be okay on the couch?" Gray asks while moving the clothes on the couch to the floor.
"Yeah, the couch is fine." I yawn, more tired than I realized.
"Okay, I'll be right back." Gray says, and he goes into the bathroom for a minute, not shutting the door, then disappears into another room. He comes back out with an extra pillow and blanket for me.
"Here, you can use these, I'll be in my room if you need anything." Gray says, gesturing to the room he went into earlier and giving me the pillow and blanket.
"Thanks." I yawn again and settle in for the night. Gray goes back into his room, leaving me alone, and I fall asleep quickly...
I wake up in what looks like my old room in Extalia. Apparently, I've slept in again, cause there's cold breakfast on a golden tray on my nightstand next to my King-sized bed. I ignore the breakfast, since I'm not really that hungry, and roll off the bed. I hit the floor with a loud thump and just lay there for a good five minutes, too tired to get up and get dressed for guard duty. As I'm about to get up off the floor, Mom comes in, along with her typical escort of four guards.
"Dora, You need to get up-" Mom starts before I cut her off.
"Don't call me 'Dora' Mom, you know I don't like it."
Mom resumes her sentence, completely ignoring my request. One of her wings falls off, and blood pours out of her back. "-It's time for your execution, Dora." Mom finishes in a demonic voice just as the floor seems to swallow me whole, and now I'm in the dungeon, and it's even darker than I remember. I sit in the pitch black for what seems like forever before Pantherlily comes for me.
