~chapter eighteen~

Josie's p.o.v:
It's now 4:35 and Mikey has left, Ellie and rye are due back with the twins any minute. I still have no clue what she wants and it's tearing away at me. Suddenly the door bursts open and Ellie walks in with my babies in her arms. I take Grace and place her in her cot while Ellie does the same with Noah before running to the door and closing it slowly.
Ellie: Josie!
Me: yes!
Ellie: I need your help....
I nod: with what?
Ellie sighs: I think I might be pregnant.
My eyes widen: what! How!
Ellie rolls her eyes: like you don't know how that works!
I giggle slightly: okay, okay sorry.
Ellie: what do i do!
I walk over to my bathroom and look under the sink before pulling out a pregnancy test.
Me: have you missed your period?
She nods: it's late.
Me: by?
Ellie: 2 weeks
Me: I am gonna regret asking this, have you and rye had unprotected....
She cuts me off: you don't want to finish that sentence.
I nod: okay, so do you want to take the test.
She shakes her head: what if it says I am, what if I am pregnant what do I do then?
I shrug: we will figure it out.
I put the test back down and Ellie sits on my bed resting her head on my shoulder
Ellie: I don't know what to do.
There is a knock at the door and we both look at it as it opens slowly. Before we hear rye saying
Rye: is it okay for me to come in?
I shake my head: why wouldn't it be?
Rye walks in and shrugs: I don't know you could have been breast feeding...
I roll my eyes. And Ellie giggles.
Ellie: why you here rye?
Rye: well, my girlfriend has been missing for 30 minutes after saying we were going to watch a movie after she dropped off the babies... have you seen her?
Ellie rolls her eyes: alright I am coming.
Rye winks: you will be later.
I gag: eww gross, why rye why!!
Rye: sorry I forgot you were here!
Me: it's my house!
Rye scoffs: you don't pay for it!
Ellie: not the time to have an argument. Josie wins! Rye let's go!
Rye sulks: why does she win!
Ellie: because she always does.
I smirk: it's because she loves me more!
Ellie: Josie! Shut it!
Rye: no she doesn't Josie!
I smile: of course she doesn't. Just like I totally don't prefer Robbie over you.
Rye scowls: that was just uncalled for Josie!
Me: I think it was a great come back!
Ellie: guys! Stop fighting! Rye let's go! Josie I will see you tomorrow. Okay?
We both nod and Ellie leaves with rye following.

~It's around 7:45 now.~
The twins are sleeping, I mean what else is new. I have just eaten a half eaten sub way that I found in my fridge. Don't even bother judging me, it was nice and I regret nothing! Anyway, it's quiet since the twins have been born I hardly do anything. I am sitting on my bed and I can hear some music coming from outside. I swear if those neighbors are having a party I am gonna scream, they are always so noisy and never think about the fact that I have kids. I look outside my window, I almost break down at the sight of it. All my friends, all the boys, all the girls, even Blake, issi and Amy are there, having a party out in the garden. With out me. They didn't say anything about it. I just stare out the window and watch them with my mouth open. Jack looks at me and taps Mikey I quickly turn around and walk towards my door locking it and then going back over to the window where now, jack, Mikey and brook are standing there, just staring at me. I roll my eyes and shake my head before quickly closing the blinds.
I can't believe what's happening. I go to my living room and put on some Netflix when I hear a knock at the door, I turn around to see jack at my door. I scowl and slowly walk over before shutting the blinds on the door too. It sounds bitchy because it is.
His voice is muffled but I can still hear him.
Jack: Josie open up!
Jack: Josie please...
Then someone else joins in, it's Mikey.
Mikey: Josie, I know your mad, but just come out side and join in.
I get up and walk towards the door opening the blinds and staring at them.
Mikey: Josie, come on.
I shake my head: I am good thanks, you didn't invite me, but you invited all my friends, you obviously didn't want me there, so why should I interrupt your fun.
I close the blind again and sit down on my sofa
Before shouting: also tell rye that starting tomorrow I am looking for a new place.
Jack: why?
Me: so that I don't ruin anymore of your parties!
Mikey scoffs: Josie come on! Just get over it and get out here!
That hurts: no Mikey! You have no clue how much it hurts, so shut the fuck up and leave. If I come over there and see any of your faces I will pack my things and leave tonight!
I don't get a response but I hear pairs of feet walking away. I sigh.
