I'll start by saying I really want to lose weight. I see people around me with "bikini bodies" and I want one too. I don't have an ideal weight but I want my stomach to be flat by Prom which is April 13, 2019. I'm not going to Prom because I don't have a date and I doubt anybody will ask me. Tonight at 10:05pm I took 2 apple cider vinegar pills. When I get home around 3am (getting my hair did) I plan on doing the Vick's vapor rub trick, which is rubbing the vapor rub all over your stomach and wrap it in saran wrap and putting on a waist trainer. It's a lot, but I've already bought the supplies. I'm beginning to get real serious about my weight loss because, I'm tired of not being able to wear the clothes I want because I have a big stomach. I also plan on taking 2 more apple cider vinegar pills before I go to sleep. I will update, but it probably won't be consistently.
