Essentially, there are 5 ranks.
✓ Proxies
✓ Honourables
✓ Medic Team/ Medics
✓ Lower Middle/ Class

PROXIES
✓ First in command and are in charge of keeping other workers in line
✓ Have the responsibility of taking on heavy and deadly tasks from The Slenderman
✓ Never sleeps
✓ Never have time for themselves, due to excessive tasks and training
✓ The most violent and hostile pastas, ever
✓ Have their own resources provided by The Slenderman
✓ A lot of people want to kill them for their status, let's just say that.
HONOURABLES
✓ These guys are the ones training to be proxies
✓ There could be multiple reasons is to why they cannot reach their rank, but most of the time it is because they do not have the persistence
✓ They do the dirty work the proxies don't want to
✓ They also take on less important jobs
✓ These guys strong though don't get me wrong
MEDIC TEAM/ MEDICS
✓ These guys actually had to work to get to their place. They either used to be a proxie or honourable in order to gain their position in the medical field, this is just common sense.
✓ They never leave the area due to the chances of a serious accident/ injury that needs immediate attention.
✓ Eyeless Jack is the General Surgeon, Dr. Smiley is the cardiovascular surgeon, while Nurse Ann is well, the Nurse.
LOWER MIDDLE CLASS
✓ These guys, i hate to say it, have little to no relevance to The Slenderman and have almost no relevance to the missions
✓ They are usually called upon if the proxies and honourables are unavailable
✓ They are skilled for sure, just not quite. They are called 'back up plans'
