Chapter 9: Farewell and Thank You

Yvalle POV

"Seriously tell us is there something going on with you and Chris?" Sam and Chloe keep pushing me to tell the truth. I just shrugged. "Nothing, we just start to know each other." I say. "Come on, don't lie Yvalle, tell us." They keep pushing me around. "Seriously girls, nothing happen." I say.

"What nothing happen?" a voice startle me. I didn't have to turn around to know whose voice is it. The way those words send tingles to my body tell me that it my mate voice. My Panthera howling happily. I take a deep breath before turn around to face my mate.

My mate were standing behind with both of his hand in his pocket. Today he's wearing blue jeans and White t-shirt with firmly attached to his body. It clearly show his firm body and his six pack. Damn he is just so hot. Chris looks at us with question look at his face.

"It's nothing really, just girls talk." I answer him. I say, then look at Sam and Chloe. They only give him smile and nod. "Yvalle, we going to class first, you guys chat." Chloe say and pull Sam hand. I just smile happily that they know that I need time to talk with Chris.

"So, what's up?" I ask him. My mate quickly strict his body and adjust his position. I sense that he feels nervous.

" It just that I'm sorry about yesterday. I was to rush towards you." he say. I can feel that he being sincere with his words.

"No problem, same here. I'm also sorry ditching you yesterday. But I have to sort something." I say. My mate eyes quickly shine with what I says.

"So how about we start all over again?" he say and hand out his hand. "Hi, I'm Chris. Nice to meet you Yvalle Summer and if you don't mind I would like to show you around so that you know this school better."

I accept his hand and say " Hi Chris, nice meeting you too. I already know this school so I don't think you need to be a tour guide but I really appreciate it if you can give me tour about this town." My mate give me one his dazzling smile when he hear my words.

"It will be my pleasure Yvalle, so can I walk you to your class?." he ask.

"It will be nice." I answer and pick my bag up and walk with my mate to my class.

When Chris walk me to my class we talk a lot. I came to realized that my mate is a joker and he is an easy going person. Both of us really have a lot of common. We apart when we arrived in front of my class. Before he go, he promise me to show me the town after school.

When bell rings it already lunch hour. I quickly grab my bag and walk towards the cafeteria. I feel really happy today so it influenced my appetite. When I walk to cafeteria, I saw that Yvanna, Yvette and Yvanne already sited. I quickly put my bag beside Yvanne and grab the foods. When, I finish buy my lunch I quickly take a sit and dig my food.

"Someone happy today." Yvanna say to me after she take a look at my tray. She smiled at me.

"Yeah, I kind have a date with Chris after school. He showing me around." I say. I know that my face already shows how happy I am.

"Where Yvonne? I didn't see her. Wasn't she finished her class early?" I ask them. All of them shrugged.

"Don't know, she just say that she have to settle something." Yvette answer with her mouth full.
